Interview impressions
1. The interview atmosphere was quite good. It did not make me feel pressured or overly nervous, and the questions and answers were fairly relaxed.
2. The video interview was convenient.
3. Salaries and bonuses are very transparent.
1. Applicants for sales positions need to have a car. It seems difficult to pass the interview with only a motorcycle.
2. The interviewer mentioned that, when carrying out sales duties, employees need to clock in and report back whenever they arrive at a client's location. They made it very clear that there is no opportunity to slack off, so it seems fairly strict.
