Pros

There are snacks and drinks, and my colleagues and supervisor are very nice.

Cons

Coming here, I was able to learn a lot. These were the most exciting three months of my working life.

When I first joined, the work I was assigned was completely different from what I expected. Sometimes it was difficult to figure out what the boss wanted.

But this was absolutely not the boss’s fault. It was because he knew that there are many exploitative bosses out there who do not tell their employees what they want and constantly make them guess, while also belittling them. So he wanted to train us to learn how to read a boss’s mind.

In the middle of all this, the pandemic was raging. But if you tested positive, the boss would not let you take sick leave. He would first tell you that 104 had no leave category for confirmed cases, so it would be unpaid. You had to put your research skills to work and become a little legal whiz, telling him that testing positive counts as sick leave—only then would he let you take it. He would also worry that you would lose too much income by taking too many days of sick leave, and tell you that it was fine to come back to work as soon as you tested negative, even before your isolation period had ended.

However, of course, I did not do that later, because I realized that the boss really had our best interests at heart. He knew that young people just entering the workforce are often bullied by exploitative bosses, and he was using this method to teach me to protect myself and distinguish right from wrong. I am truly so grateful to him~

Then there were the times when the boss would bang on the table, yell, and swear. He was definitely not angry; it was because many bosses out there behave this way. To help us get used to it, he started training our eardrums from now on, so we would not be frightened when we went out into the workforce later.

Finally, this was truly the most considerate thing the boss did. One day, I took half a day of menstrual leave. The next day, he told me that if I was unhappy with the work, I did not have to come in anymore, and told me not to come back the following day. He was really considerate—he was worried that working was making me physically uncomfortable, so he directly told me I did not have to work anymore.

He really is the most considerate boss I have ever seen, and the one who thinks the most about his employees.

Pros

There’s occasional snack time, I guess.

The manager and coworkers get along very well.

Cons

The company has absolutely no proper systems in place; they’re just for show to the labor bureau.

The boss has unstable emotional control—sometimes good, sometimes bad. Stomping on the floor and banging on the desk are everyday occurrences.

They nitpick the Operations Department’s analyses, even though they don’t read them themselves. How do they have the nerve to give others advice and opinions?

Meetings are like the emperor holding court. For details, you can refer to the previous reviews below; they are all real cases filled with blood, sweat, and tears.

The team has excellent cohesion, and the Operations supervisor was very good to me and taught me many things. The only problem is that the boss is absolutely terrible.

The Marketing Department is very fun, and I’m quite envious. Their supervisor is also very nice and easy to get along with, and provides useful feedback. Senior employees really are different.

The emotions and thoughts I experienced throughout work made me question my life and feel that I was useless and unwanted.

But maybe that was just an illusion created by the boss. I’m doing very well now, and my salary is more than three times what I earned there before.

They pay very little and expect people to work overtime for free. Even when you report overtime, you have to see what kind of mood they’re in, and they go on and on about it. Isn’t this something that can be reported to the labor bureau?

After overtime, they keep watching you and scrutinizing your reports. If anything gets done, you should already be secretly celebrating. There are several analyses every day—if he can do them, then he should do them himself.

They’re truly unbelievably annoying. They make conclusions after reading only the title, and say that things were done poorly and need to be redone. Several of them were a complete waste of life.

The supervisor just accepts everything without question, too. I don’t know how things got this way. Everyone below is exhausted...

Sometimes, when you run a company and are the boss, you need to have some dignity and not be so stingy.

Pay the overtime wages so people can work more comfortably.

Raise the salaries a little so employees will fight for you.

Please don’t spend it all on shopping.

We keep hearing your packages arrive all the time. It’s incredibly noisy.

Absolutely terrible.

Seriously, don't come here and ruin your résumé. You'll even end up questioning your own worth.

As long as that woman is still there, nothing will change.

The company appears to be an ordinary game company, but is actually making gambling games. Perhaps because it couldn't make money from gambling games, it started switching to selling beauty and skincare products.

These are two unrelated industries, and the boss has no idea what they actually want to do with the beauty and skincare business. They just tell you to do things; if it's not what they want, they tell you to change it.

When you ask what needs to be changed, they only say they don't know. If the work isn't done well, they think you lack ability.

The company's work processes are also problematic. You show one image to the supervisor, and it gets revised dozens of times.

After finally revising it to the supervisor's satisfaction, you show it to the boss, who says they don't like it and humiliates you on the spot. They have no money or budget, yet expect you to produce work to the same standard as a department-store brand.

As long as you get along with them and flatter them enough, anything is okay.

As long as they take a dislike to you, feel that you are not under their control, or think you do not meet their requirements, they will constantly pick on you and pressure you to leave.

They also ask you to help receive their personal packages at the slightest opportunity...

If you have a strong submissive streak, this is a very suitable place for you to work!

They may now be afraid they cannot find employees, so they have started using another name to deceive people during interviews.

Pros

The air conditioning is very cold

Cons

Basically, everything mentioned in the previous reviews is exactly the same.

When I first saw the reviews, I thought that so much time had passed, so the boss should have changed by now.

I entered this company like an idiot.

Little did I know that nothing had changed at all—the exact same tricks were still being used.

Every week, we had to attend pointless meetings, and after the meetings, we were assigned homework.

Whether during meetings or when submitting assignments, he never listened and just played on his phone.

He would wait until you finished speaking, then start criticizing your work as terrible.

He couldn't even say what he actually wanted. Whenever he couldn't explain it, he would keep asking the supervisor, “You understand what I mean, right?”

The supervisor would of course say yes, but couldn't explain what it actually was either. I don't know whether they really understood or what.

Whenever they found an excuse, they would deduct money from your salary like crazy.

If you were less than ten minutes late, they would tell you to take half an hour of sick leave (which completely violates the Labor Standards Act).

There was no overtime pay either. At most, they would let you convert it into compensatory leave, but I never saw anyone actually use it.

Who knows whether those hours were even available to take as leave, lol.

The movie tickets mentioned on 104 never materialized either—I didn't receive even half of one, or even see a ticket stub.

As for the year-end bonus, don't even think about it. How could a boss who finds ways to deduct your salary not ask you to “weather the hard times together”?

Oh, and if you join this company and discover anything unreasonable, don't argue with the boss.

Otherwise, he will start targeting you relentlessly, regardless of what you do or whether you're right or wrong.

If he dislikes you, he can use all kinds of methods to force you out~

Just obey quietly, understand?

(But the company is so short-staffed that if you obediently listen, they will think you're easy to take advantage of and make you do a bunch of things that aren't part of your position.)

By the time I was about to resign, the supervisor said that more than ten people had already resigned and been replaced within a year.

If they hadn't told me, I would have thought the company's KPI was tied to its employee turnover rate~

Don't think you're safe just because you're only going for an interview. I don't know how many interviewees I've seen.

They always send you off with a smile, saying thank you,

then immediately turn around and loudly discuss your performance, appearance, clothing, and so on.

What class—give them a thumbs-up. It must be a truly benevolent company!

Pros

You can listen to music at work, and there are snacks and drinks available (but subject to a quota). The office atmosphere is relaxed and free. The three seasonal gift bonuses are pretty good (for people in their first few years after entering the workforce). The supervisors are easy to get along with, except for two of them.

Cons

1. You inexplicably end up with a pile of work that isn't yours. Before joining, I already knew this was a small company, so I could understand needing to take on a little extra work. But it got more and more absurd over time: marketing also doing graphic design, operations also handling customer service, accounting also doing administration. I've been cleaning out the refrigerator from the beginning until now, and now I also have to take care of a plant that's prone to bugs and dying easily. Time is all wasted on this garbage. The accountant has directly changed careers into a junior botanist—your second spring in life! The company has already paved another career path for you!

2. The deadlines handed down from above are extremely tight: an order is given today and has to be completed three days later, with two of those three days being holidays. (Additional debuff: infection numbers jumping by 200–300 every day, logistics completely stuck, and Google having problems while customer service only responds by email.) Stimulating employees' potential and promoting employee growth—where else could you find such an excellent company?

3. The instructions from above are very vague. This is how they explain things: “That thing we talked about last time! You remember, right? The one we mentioned before.”

May I ask—which thing is “that thing” =V=????

But once you successfully guess what the higher-ups mean, congratulations! You've unlocked the mind-reading skill! The company has found yet another way out for you!

4. The other supervisors are genuinely nice. It's just that mine is kind of weird.

My supervisor was parachuted in, so it was normal for me to explain the company's situation to him step by step. But as soon as he arrived, he dragged me into a small office to assert his dominance, interrogating me the entire time and demanding that I explain every detail of the company's situation. Fine, impressive resolve. If I could learn something from him, I would put up with it.

But I didn't learn anything from him at all啊啊啊啊啊啊啊!!!!

He has to be taught the same thing three times. I copy the notes over and over, and the next day he keeps asking. Damn, I even remember where I wrote it down the time before last, and the time before that, and the time before that—ballpoint pen ink is plentiful, but that doesn't mean it should be wasted like this.

I organize everything properly into a document, but he refuses to look through it even once, and won't even try retrieving the data himself. All understanding comes from one mouth, by asking questions. YA! Other people's time is plentiful, YA! Even without working overtime, I'm dragged into overtime, YA!

To be fair, what company isn't exhausting? You really can learn a few things here, but every day, just dealing with people's emotions drains most of your energy. And you still have to worry about whether you'll survive until tomorrow. It's pathetic.

There is water to drink and chairs to sit on, so you don't have to stand as punishment.

Cons

The interview takes two hours, and you have to take a logic test.

The interviewers are one man and one woman (the woman seems to be the boss; she conducted the final interview).

The man had a good attitude, but the woman's attitude was extremely poor and arrogant.

Unless you ask for the minimum salary, you may be told that your expectations are too high (the salary you ask for is the salary of her supervisor?!).

The job duties cover everything under the sun. Besides your own responsibilities, you also have to do work for other teams (and help out on holidays).

Overtime pay is given as compensatory leave (and do you still need your supervisor's permission to take it?).

Conclusion: If you have no work experience, want to practice your EQ, aren't short of money, and have a fresh liver, you could give it a try?

The comments below are more or less accurate (the company is small/old, the restroom is shared with other companies, and the boss has a poor attitude).

Um… the water is warm.

Cons

I think whether a company is successful depends on whether it can be proud of its own brand while also respecting other brands and industries.

Regardless of the company’s size, it should maintain a respectful attitude.

At first, I thought it was okay, so I let the condescending attitude slide.

After all, I may not have as much social experience as they do.

(But setting experience aside, it was really quite rude.)

The owner also seemed to be associated with a brand known for relying on sensational and risqué games, so there was a feeling that they looked down on people.

Overall, the interview experience was very poor.

Moreover, the actual job duties differed from the position I applied for.

They said I would be doing marketing, but the actual duties involved administrative work, packing, and shipping orders?

I was completely confused.

Pros

The colleagues are actually quite lovely, because anyone with their own opinions gets filtered out by the boss.

Cons

First of all, this company is very small, but its turnover is insanely high.

As long as you can stay for six months, you're already a senior employee in the company.

Although the job listings on 104 feature what look like normal mobile games,

they are actually gambling games that rely on sensational advertising for promotion.

Ah, maybe the games weren't made well enough, so they've actively switched to selling beauty products.

There is always at least one person in the company whom she dislikes.

She will extend your probation period to avoid giving you employee benefits.

There are no consistent standards for the reason either; if your performance is too ordinary, you can't pass probation.

You work overtime like crazy, and if you're obedient and compliant as usual, you get less than one month of year-end bonus.

Her attitude is consistently as if employees are there to serve an emperor.

She loves holding meetings; meetings are like all the ministers going to court.

But if she takes a dislike to you, she'll publicly humiliate you even when you've done nothing wrong.

She has absolutely no concept of how to make money.

The company has only its gambling games left, barely keeping it afloat.

They make a bunch of titillating content to trick people into clicking; as long as the numbers look good, she's happy.

Then they make things so sexually explicit that the app gets removed, and she starts taking her anger out on the employees again.

She's very afraid that employees might have too much free time,

and she also really hates employees who leave work on time.

This has led to a strange atmosphere in the company,

as if leaving on time means you're too idle.

She increases everyone's workload until it is genuinely impossible to finish everything.

Do you think writing daily and weekly reports, plus meetings that take at least two hours at a time, is the end of it?

The boss often finds excuses to make employees complete extremely time-consuming “analysis reports.”

Then, while you're giving the report, she keeps scrolling on her phone.

Her conclusion: you need to make even more reports.

Becoming one of her favorite employees is also a truly pitiful thing.

Working overtime every day is the norm, and you also have to take work home and do it until the early hours of the morning.

You even have to work unpaid on holidays, and be on duty during Lunar New Year as well.

Besides work-related tasks, you also have to help her edit videos of her private life.

But sorry, your workload for that day won't be reduced either.

Keeping you so busy that you can't properly enjoy the New Year is her way of showing that she loves you.

She will post wishes in the work group chat about what she wants to eat.

You can use this to increase her favor toward you.

But the previous person who ran errands every day also left without looking back.

I don't know what the benefit is either.

If you don't like going home after work, this is the perfect place for you.

There will always be someone to keep you company until very late.

If you're here to make a living, really, run as fast as you can.

The benefits are so lousy they're laughable.

They budget 10 dollars per person per day for snacks,

and you still have to submit it to her for review.

What overwhelming imperial grace!

The interviewer (not a manager) was easy to talk to.

Cons

They ask you in advance to go online at home to look at the company's games, choose one, and write two posts. I thought that was acceptable!

The company is small, with very few employees. Before the interview, they had already emailed me the company's standard application form and the posts. At the interview, I also had to take a logic test. Rather than a logic test, it felt more like they were testing your Chinese translation skills and imagination... It was unbelievably difficult! Am I applying for a master's degree? Of all the logic tests I've taken, this company’s was truly absurdly difficult... After I finished, a young woman came in to interview me. The conversation was fairly pleasant, but she filled the entire résumé with her notes, writing something down after every sentence I said, which felt awful. The process took about 1.5–2 hours. At the end, the interviewer said, “I’ll see how things go and talk to the manager later. If it works out, there will be a second interview.” I was dumbfounded! What? The person who had talked with me for over an hour wasn’t actually the manager?? About 10 minutes later, the woman came back and said the manager was tied up in a meeting that was taking longer than expected, so that was all for today.

Hmm—I think anyone who deliberately chooses ridiculously difficult test questions is over 80% likely to have something wrong with them.

If you’re thinking of applying, think twice. You might just waste your time.

There is afternoon tea every week, so you can order drinks that you would never spend your own money on—damn, they’re insanely expensive—and risk getting something bad.

You can train your resilience. After leaving the company, you’ll wonder how you managed to endure some of the bullshit back then.

That’s it.

Cons

The restroom is very dirty. I suspect the assholes on this floor are crooked, because there is often shit on the toilet seat. Fuck this,

I have to climb up and down looking for a clean restroom to slack off in.

The boss makes sarcastic remarks and is somewhat emotional,

but I’m an asshole myself, so it doesn’t really bother me.

If you’re sensitive to this, this place isn’t for you.

Because turnover is high, the system isn’t fully established. Although there is a division of labor,

some work that isn’t supposed to be your responsibility will be assigned to you.

It very often runs past quitting time, and it’s very difficult to submit an overtime form.

Even if you manage to submit one, you only get time off in lieu—no money.

If you don’t use it within a certain period, say goodbye to it.

If your home isn’t warm and you have nowhere to go after work, this place is perfect for you.

Watch out for backstabbing. Although the company provides health insurance, health insurance doesn’t cover being stabbed in the back.

If you aren’t favored, you’re someone this company can replace at any time.

After all, people come and go, and the company will never be short of one person without you.

But don’t get complacent if you are favored,

because that’s even more frightening than being replaceable at any time.

In summary, if you haven’t come for an interview yet and you see this post,

be thankful that you don’t have to waste your time coming here.

If you’re already considering whether to come,

believe me, selling grilled sausages would be far better than working here.

If you’ve already joined,

open 104 immediately and look for another job,

unless you’re really short of money.

Otherwise, this place isn’t worth wasting your life on.

Pros

There aren't really any advantages; the only one is that the colleagues are easy to get along with.

Cons

The boss has extremely poor hygiene habits. Most of the things in the refrigerator are food and drinks that she has eaten halfway or that have expired. I often see the administrative staff helping her organize it. She also has very poor emotional management and gets angry very easily. After she gets angry, the employees are the ones who suffer. Even when you request personal leave, she keeps asking why, believing that employees do not work seriously during office hours. If you dare to apply for overtime, she will keep a close eye on you and then continually criticize your work as incorrect, making it impossible for you to continue. The same goes for preparing report analyses: after the analysis is completed, the focus should be on how to improve, but she instead asks you to list data that is impossible to achieve. There is never enough staff. After you raise the issue, she will only give you empty assurances that she knows and is already trying hard to recruit people, but there are still never enough employees. As a result, you can only stay very late every day, while being unable to apply for overtime. She has the personality of a spoiled heiress and thinks that all employees are her servants. Whatever she wants you to do, you cannot say “no.” More importantly, this company has absolutely no future. Even the boss herself does not know which products to represent in order to make money; she only keeps taking on product agencies blindly. The reviews everyone posted on Tianyancha are true—don't refuse to believe them. If you want to know what it feels like to be abused, you are very welcome to come and try working at this company.

No, if I really had to say something, I’d say there just isn’t that much work to do.

Cons

It was about half a month after the interview before HR notified me that I had been hired. I had originally thought about not going because the boss gave me the impression during the interview that she was very disrespectful. She would interrupt me while I was still answering her questions and then talk over me. However, because another job had not yet been confirmed, I still reported for work. But honestly, there was practically nothing to do. I don’t really understand why all the financial work needed to be split between two people when one person would have been enough. On top of that, the boss had very poor emotional control. I often heard her stomping her feet and berating employees. Even when the workday was over, hardly anyone dared to leave. After observing the situation for a while, I felt there would be no room for growth if I stayed, so I stopped working there. I sincerely advise anyone considering joining this company to think twice.

Cons

Marketing is extremely disrespectful toward the art team. They say A is fine, then suddenly say they want B, and when it is finally revised to be more or less what they asked for, someone higher up says it is not what they wanted. From start to finish, a single advertising image can be revised for an entire day. I advise everyone not to go there and be mistreated. The requirement forms are a complete mess, yet they still sarcastically criticize your designs as not being okay, as if they think you have mind-reading abilities. They say overtime is not common, but after joining the company, almost everyone is still at their desks when the workday ends—pretty much exactly as people say. The boss’s wife likes to find things for you to do, such as writing all kinds of progress reports. Having to send one weekly would be bad enough, but you also have to report and email updates every day, as if they are afraid you will have nothing to do. When she walks by, she even sneaks a glance at what you are doing. Unless you are genuinely going there to cultivate your patience, I advise you to seek opportunities at another company. Staying there too long will ruin your sense of aesthetics.

Think about what you want, although you cannot show it; it is better to empty your mind and obediently follow orders.

Cons

Sharing my experience from the past few years: supervisors in higher positions than you are extremely impatient when teaching and think that interviewees should already know everything when they arrive, making the work a waste of time. The interview also did not explain what the definition of “not often working overtime” was. Basically, there was a lot of unpaid overtime, and overtime could only be reported with a reason involving exceptional circumstances. In addition, the job itself was like signing an indenture; violating the conditions would result in a penalty of several times your salary. Some of the detailed terms were quite absurd. The company itself did not mention that I would have to take the blame and be penalized by having several months of salary deducted for providing the software. The details themselves showed extreme disrespect toward art and the profession.

The location on Yanji Street is lively and pretty good.

Cons

The interview was basically a humiliation session!!! Think twice before submitting your résumé.

When I arrived, a man showed me to a conference room to wait for the interview. After having the interviewee complete a personality assessment,

that man came in and began the interview. The strange thing was that he kept calculating how long it had been since I left my most recent job and the one before that. Even though it wasn't in the gaming industry, he kept asking why I didn't look for a job in gaming—

or he would rudely say, “Aren't there lots of gaming companies in Neihu? You could try applying there!” He made it seem as though I hadn't come there for an interview at all. Otherwise, he questioned why I hadn't found a job, implying that it was because my salary expectations were too high. (Hello! I asked for less than 40,000—how is that high?)

He then said he would ask a supervisor to come. After leaving to find the supervisor, he barged back in ten minutes later, left the door open, and said, “Our supervisor is busy. We'll notify you if there are any further updates!” (What? Did you get chewed out and rush back in without coordinating what to say?)

Not everyone who comes to an interview is garbage, okay! They're not your underlings or servants! Don't treat people like they've been beaten up or something!

If you don't mind being humiliated, go ahead and apply!

The interview is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the department manager repeatedly asks similar questions and has you explain your work processes. In the second stage, Ms. A keeps asking about your work experience. Aside from interrupting you, the overall interview does not feel very professional.

Additionally, what was mentioned in another post—that they spitefully mark candidates who fail to show up in 104’s system—is true. Even after explaining the situation to them, they will not remove the mark; you have to ask 104 to remove it yourself.

In light of the above, please think twice before submitting your résumé.

Before the interview, you are required to download and play the game, then share your thoughts and discuss marketing plans before and after the mobile game launch.

The questions were extremely detailed, and it felt like they were using my gaming experience as a reference for their future work.

I had already declined before going to the interview, but they continued to actively invite me. During the interview, they kept taking notes on the experience I mentioned.

It felt terrible. Was this really an interview, or market research?

As several people mentioned earlier, this female boss spoke as if she were there to berate people. Do I owe you money or something? When I asked follow-up questions specifically about her questions, she was aggressive and overbearing. If she were my boss, I would really faint... At the very least, she should have some basic manners!

Pros

The relationships among colleagues are very harmonious; apart from that, there are no advantages.

Cons

The boss thinks that the people below have nothing to do every day, and keeps assigning them meaningless work, hindering the important tasks at hand.

They cannot accept being contradicted; they either ignore your opinions or will make things difficult for you.

Their hygiene habits are also extremely poor, and they do not understand basic etiquette.

During the interview, I was left waiting in the meeting room for 20 minutes with no one coming to attend to me. When I could no longer bear waiting and was about to leave, a woman with shoulder-length, slightly wavy hair came over and asked me to complete a DISC personality assessment. I finished it in less than a minute. When I was about to leave afterward, the same woman came over again. I was not sure whether she was the boss, HR, or a junior secretary. She did not introduce herself at all and simply told me to introduce myself. I felt disrespected, so I told her on the spot that I was no longer interested in applying and explained why (I had been left waiting for 20 minutes with no one attending to me). Twenty minutes later, I received a notification that the company had marked me as a no-show through 104. I suspect this was malicious retaliation. I have already reported it to 104, and the mark has since been removed.

I advise job applicants that this company does not respect job seekers. Even if you are hired, they will not respect you. There is no need to accept being treated as invisible—or even as less than a person—before you have even been hired, just for the sake of a job.

The female manager who conducted the interview was extremely bizarre and rude.

While asking me to introduce myself, she continually questioned my attitude and professionalism from beginning to end.

I was interrupted after only two or three sentences and relentlessly put down.

It made me wonder whether I had come for an interview or to be lectured by her.

This was the most outrageous interview experience I have encountered since entering the workforce.

Pros

The colleagues are very nice, and the supervisor is patient. The company environment is great.

Cons

The company has no ideas for its products, and the overall workplace atmosphere is very poor. The boss has a bad temper and casually humiliates people.

This creates an information imbalance between upper and lower management, making it difficult for people below to work. The salary is low.

The games the company currently represents also have little potential for development. Anyone considering joining this company really needs to think it through carefully.

Pros

The company location is very good

Cons

The interviewer was a somewhat older woman, presumably either a very senior executive at the company or the owner. She spoke with very little organization or logic, giving the impression that she had deliberately called someone in to humiliate them rather than genuinely wanting to find talent. She mostly used grandiose, vague jargon without any substantive content.

Pros

Outside of work, colleagues get along well and do not reject newcomers (almost everyone is new and inexperienced). Overtime is not encouraged (but there is still a lot of overtime).

Cons

The turnover rate is extremely high, and the work system is chaotic and immature. The boss has a bad temper and is very prone to scolding people. Colleagues do not help one another at work; instead, they shift blame and may even leave others in the lurch because everyone is afraid of being scolded by the boss. In addition, information is not shared effectively, often resulting in confusion in communication and messaging.

The pay is low, and there are very few people with senior-level experience. If you are hardworking, obedient, have no opinions of your own, are best off thinking of yourself as a machine, and do not want the freedom to apply your abilities, this place will satisfy you.

Pros

The HR staff are great and very attentive.

Cons

A woman who looked somewhat older and was dressed quite provocatively—I’m not sure whether she was the boss.

As soon as I came in, she abruptly asked me to introduce myself, and kept interrupting my introduction.

She asked me questions unrelated to the position I was applying for. I explained my experience to her in detail from beginning to end, yet she said that wasn’t the answer she wanted?

I was completely baffled. It was a waste of time and money—parking next door cost over 100 [New Taiwan dollars] for one hour.

Fortunately, I didn’t get the job. It also looks like none of this company’s games are doing well.

If you want to join this company, take care of yourself.

Tasks can easily be assigned suddenly, there is no overtime pay, and whether people are treated favorably or unfavorably depends entirely on the mood

Pros

Luxurious office, great location

(Most) colleagues get along well

Cons

The interview may paint an overly rosy picture, so proceed with caution.

For planning-related positions, what management wants can change three times a day; this can be regarded as part of the challenge.

It is suitable for honing your skills by working hard, but not recommended if you want to systematically learn from experience (there are almost no people with the time and ability to teach). Newcomers who love games, are proactive, willing to accept a low hourly wage, and can be on call may give it a try—but you really need to be prepared to work hard.

Of course, it still varies depending on the position…

The company’s premises are beautifully decorated, and the location is excellent with convenient transportation.

Cons

Throughout the interview process, I was repeatedly asked questions completely unrelated to the position I was interviewing for. The interviewer only cared about whether I had directly relevant work experience or experience being responsible for KPIs, with no intention whatsoever of developing talent.

Judging by its appearance, it seems to have been newly established. There were three interviewers: one from HR and two product department managers. HR did most of the asking, while the candidate introduced themselves. The product department managers did not ask many specific questions.

They did not mention anything at all about what your organization does, nor did they say anything about their thoughts or opinions regarding your organization. Perhaps they need someone who can contribute immediately, and if you are not a fit, they simply do not say so?
