The interviewer (not a managerial position) was easy to talk to.
They ask you in advance to go online at home to look at the company’s games, choose one, and write two posts. I think that’s still acceptable!
The company isn’t large, and there are very few employees. During the interview, they had already emailed me the company’s standard résumé form and the posts. On-site, there was also a logic test. Rather than a logic test, it was more like testing your Chinese translation skills and imagination… It was unbelievably difficult! Am I applying for a master’s degree? Of all the logic tests I’ve taken, this one was truly impossibly difficult… After I finished, a young woman came in for the interview. The conversation was fairly pleasant, but she filled the entire résumé with her notes, writing something down after every sentence I said, which felt terrible. The process took about 1.5–2 hours. At the end, the interviewer said, “I’ll see what happens later and talk to the manager. If it’s okay, there will be a second interview.” I was stunned! Huh! The person who had talked with me for more than an hour wasn’t actually the manager?? About 10 minutes later, the woman came back and said the manager’s meeting was taking longer because they were busy, so that would be all for today.
Hmm—I think people who deliberately choose excessively difficult test questions are over 80% mentally ill.
Those who are thinking of submitting a résumé, please think twice; you may end up wasting your time.
