No, if I really had to say something, I’d say there just isn’t that much work to do.

It was about half a month after the interview before HR notified me that I had been hired. I had originally thought about not going because the boss gave me the impression during the interview that she was very disrespectful. She would interrupt me while I was still answering her questions and then talk over me. However, because another job had not yet been confirmed, I still reported for work. But honestly, there was practically nothing to do. I don’t really understand why all the financial work needed to be split between two people when one person would have been enough. On top of that, the boss had very poor emotional control. I often heard her stomping her feet and berating employees. Even when the workday was over, hardly anyone dared to leave. After observing the situation for a while, I felt there would be no room for growth if I stayed, so I stopped working there. I sincerely advise anyone considering joining this company to think twice.
