The air conditioning is very cold
Basically, everything mentioned in the previous reviews is exactly the same.
When I first saw the reviews, I thought that so much time had passed, so the boss should have changed by now.
I entered this company like an idiot.
Little did I know that nothing had changed at all—the exact same tricks were still being used.
Every week, we had to attend pointless meetings, and after the meetings, we were assigned homework.
Whether during meetings or when submitting assignments, he never listened and just played on his phone.
He would wait until you finished speaking, then start criticizing your work as terrible.
He couldn't even say what he actually wanted. Whenever he couldn't explain it, he would keep asking the supervisor, “You understand what I mean, right?”
The supervisor would of course say yes, but couldn't explain what it actually was either. I don't know whether they really understood or what.
Whenever they found an excuse, they would deduct money from your salary like crazy.
If you were less than ten minutes late, they would tell you to take half an hour of sick leave (which completely violates the Labor Standards Act).
There was no overtime pay either. At most, they would let you convert it into compensatory leave, but I never saw anyone actually use it.
Who knows whether those hours were even available to take as leave, lol.
The movie tickets mentioned on 104 never materialized either—I didn't receive even half of one, or even see a ticket stub.
As for the year-end bonus, don't even think about it. How could a boss who finds ways to deduct your salary not ask you to “weather the hard times together”?
Oh, and if you join this company and discover anything unreasonable, don't argue with the boss.
Otherwise, he will start targeting you relentlessly, regardless of what you do or whether you're right or wrong.
If he dislikes you, he can use all kinds of methods to force you out~
Just obey quietly, understand?
(But the company is so short-staffed that if you obediently listen, they will think you're easy to take advantage of and make you do a bunch of things that aren't part of your position.)
By the time I was about to resign, the supervisor said that more than ten people had already resigned and been replaced within a year.
If they hadn't told me, I would have thought the company's KPI was tied to its employee turnover rate~
Don't think you're safe just because you're only going for an interview. I don't know how many interviewees I've seen.
They always send you off with a smile, saying thank you,
then immediately turn around and loudly discuss your performance, appearance, clothing, and so on.
What class—give them a thumbs-up. It must be a truly benevolent company!
