There aren't really any advantages; the only one is that the colleagues are easy to get along with.
The boss has extremely poor hygiene habits. Most of the things in the refrigerator are food and drinks that she has eaten halfway or that have expired. I often see the administrative staff helping her organize it. She also has very poor emotional management and gets angry very easily. After she gets angry, the employees are the ones who suffer. Even when you request personal leave, she keeps asking why, believing that employees do not work seriously during office hours. If you dare to apply for overtime, she will keep a close eye on you and then continually criticize your work as incorrect, making it impossible for you to continue. The same goes for preparing report analyses: after the analysis is completed, the focus should be on how to improve, but she instead asks you to list data that is impossible to achieve. There is never enough staff. After you raise the issue, she will only give you empty assurances that she knows and is already trying hard to recruit people, but there are still never enough employees. As a result, you can only stay very late every day, while being unable to apply for overtime. She has the personality of a spoiled heiress and thinks that all employees are her servants. Whatever she wants you to do, you cannot say “no.” More importantly, this company has absolutely no future. Even the boss herself does not know which products to represent in order to make money; she only keeps taking on product agencies blindly. The reviews everyone posted on Tianyancha are true—don't refuse to believe them. If you want to know what it feels like to be abused, you are very welcome to come and try working at this company.
