There is afternoon tea every week, so you can order drinks that you would never spend your own money on—damn, they’re insanely expensive—and risk getting something bad.
You can train your resilience. After leaving the company, you’ll wonder how you managed to endure some of the bullshit back then.
That’s it.
The restroom is very dirty. I suspect the assholes on this floor are crooked, because there is often shit on the toilet seat. Fuck this,
I have to climb up and down looking for a clean restroom to slack off in.
The boss makes sarcastic remarks and is somewhat emotional,
but I’m an asshole myself, so it doesn’t really bother me.
If you’re sensitive to this, this place isn’t for you.
Because turnover is high, the system isn’t fully established. Although there is a division of labor,
some work that isn’t supposed to be your responsibility will be assigned to you.
It very often runs past quitting time, and it’s very difficult to submit an overtime form.
Even if you manage to submit one, you only get time off in lieu—no money.
If you don’t use it within a certain period, say goodbye to it.
If your home isn’t warm and you have nowhere to go after work, this place is perfect for you.
Watch out for backstabbing. Although the company provides health insurance, health insurance doesn’t cover being stabbed in the back.
If you aren’t favored, you’re someone this company can replace at any time.
After all, people come and go, and the company will never be short of one person without you.
But don’t get complacent if you are favored,
because that’s even more frightening than being replaceable at any time.
In summary, if you haven’t come for an interview yet and you see this post,
be thankful that you don’t have to waste your time coming here.
If you’re already considering whether to come,
believe me, selling grilled sausages would be far better than working here.
If you’ve already joined,
open 104 immediately and look for another job,
unless you’re really short of money.
Otherwise, this place isn’t worth wasting your life on.
