Pros

Working hours are very humane, with flexible hours, and it’s easy to take leave.

Most colleagues are easy to get along with.

No need to work overtime; you can leave on time.

Cons

The common areas are relatively dirty and messy, and the restrooms are very dirty.

Pros

1. Learn how to survive in a harsh, oppressive environment—being smeared, fed empty promises, treated disrespectfully, exploited, and so on.

2. See how various long-term employees and supervisors survive.

3. Develop independent, end-to-end work skills and emotional management.

4. As long as you can make money for the company, you will be viewed favorably, but that does not necessarily mean you will get a raise. You need to be good at flattering, sucking up, deceiving, and putting on an act in order to get promoted and receive a raise.

5. Learn to get used to working in an old, dirty, and disorderly environment.

6. Train yourself to achieve results despite inaccurate inventory, products lacking quality control, and unpredictable shipping times.

7. Train yourself to work in an environment full of gossip and people talking over one another.

Cons

The brand positioning and marketing strategy are impeccable. When introducing it to others, there is no need to provide much additional information, because it is already so well known.

Pros

Work can be done as you please,

working hours are flexible by 15 minutes,

you can leave work right on time,

no overtime.

GOOD!

Cons

There is no cleaning staff in the office,

everyone only takes care of their own area,

and people have very little regard for public spaces.

The restroom used most often is always sprayed all over the place,

there are brushes, but no one uses them......

NOT GOOD!

Pros

A company with absolutely no HR, and an extremely casual and natural company culture. The online accounts of the company culture turned out to be true: the interviewers were very casual and also very rude, with their personal preferences being extremely obvious. If you go for an interview, you can bring an equally casual attitude and interview with them—everyone will be very relaxed : ).

Qisi Enterprise = Hualong International Co., Ltd.; at my previous company, they managed the signs of two companies—super impressive!

Cons

The office building is a factory building, so remember to bring your own toilet paper when you need to take a dump XD

Pros

Company pros:

1. You can learn from the boss how to turn a mistress into the official wife.

2. You can learn from the mistress how to make a mess of the company.

3. If you have some spare money, you can invest in the company and become a shareholder, partnering with a bunch of managers and supervisors to gang up on employees.

4. You can learn how to curry favor with powerful people (the key is that you can survive for a long time).

Cons

No cons... a perfect company

Pros

The advantage is that the abilities of assistant manager level and above could use some improvement, and management is relatively lax.

Cons

Besides Qisi, the boss also has another company called Hualong Co., Ltd. The year-end bonus is at least 0.5 months and at most 1 month (chuckling). With the supervisors lacking sufficient ability, the people in the administration department are allowed to speak rudely and make petty reports to the boss. There is no overtime pay, and overtime can only be applied for after working more than half an hour past the end of the workday. Compensatory leave hours must be used up before the following month. Therefore, I completely agree with everything described by all the previous colleagues.

Pros

1. Large desks

2. During sales, you can pick up unwanted items cheaply

3. You can learn a lot in a company with poor systems

Cons

1. The management department holds the power and is mostly made up of extremely senior employees who rely on their seniority to throw problems onto newcomers or assistants when things go wrong

2. The company’s internal warehouse and systems have serious problems, but upper management seems to know about them and ignore them. The entire company is in a state of decay, while the boss’s thinking remains stuck in the company’s former glory days

3. There is a supervisor who knows nothing but pretends to know everything. Even if you have experience and professional knowledge, you will still be criticized and lectured whenever it does not conform to his unique way of thinking

4. There are no traditional holiday bonuses; instead, the company gives company gift vouchers that cannot be redeemed for cash—a blatant act of self-enrichment

Pros

You get to experience working in a dirty, dusty, old work environment full of dust mites.

There are only fans and no air conditioning, so you work all day in a place that smells awful, is allergy-inducing, and unbearably hot.

The inventory is inaccurate, the warehouse is dirty and disorganized, and labels have to be replaced with special-sale prices from other stores. The Dingxin ERP system used for shipping is terrible and keeps crashing. The system has never been improved, warehouse staff often pick the wrong items, and the shipping team has to help correct the mistakes; otherwise, someone will be blamed when the shipment goes out.

Cons

There are no employee benefits.

Work is very lax and easygoing, suitable for people without great ambitions.

Cons

From top to bottom and inside and out, there isn't a single thing the company can get right the first time. Something is always going wrong, and everyone is completely out of the loop!

Pros

If you want to experience a round of *Empresses in the Palace*, this place lets your wishes come true.

1. They provide factory resources and customer lists, making you think you can get promoted and strike it rich—only to find out that you’ve become the leek being harvested.

2. You get to witness mouth after mouth stirring up trouble wherever they can, regardless of age; your colleagues are all masters of Sichuan opera–style face-changing.

3. You can experience firsthand the trauma caused by wandering hands.

4. The boss’s ears are filled with your “kind words that you don’t want others to know about,” while your colleagues are all great writers of baseless rumors.

5. Thorough practice in cultivating the virtue of making others look good: whatever the boss praises was done by your supervisor; whatever the boss thinks is wrong was insisted upon by you. Holding on to your eternally stagnant salary is your best choice.

6. You can learn to take the blame without complaint: production falling behind is your fault; customers not placing orders is your fault; unsold inventory is your fault.

8. A power game that lets you enjoy watching the spectacle: every supervisor is either an air force commander or a royal relative. Even if they are useless and can do nothing, they still have you to take the fall for them.

9. Professional knowledge is unnecessary here. As long as you have the cultural literacy of a sycophant and act as a yes-man, life is worry-free.

10. The supervisors are skilled at making empty promises, and the slogans are shouted loud and clear: the company is expanding, a major first-line brand will cover the whole family, helping you get promoted and strike it rich and giving you a bright future.

12. The company lacks brand awareness, marketing ability, product management, and the self-awareness to recognize its own shortcomings, but offers plenty of room for you to make an impact.

Cons

No insurance for workplace injuries

No bonuses for the three major festivals; instead, the company gives you fruit gift boxes purchased from its own products.

Year-end bonuses depend on the boss’s mood, while performance bonuses go to the supervisors.

Want to experience a real-life palace drama like *Empresses in the Palace*? This is where all your wishes come true.

1. The company provides factory resources and customer lists, making you think you can get promoted and rich—only to find out that you’ve become the leek being harvested.

2. Witness mouths that are terrified the world might actually be peaceful. Regardless of age, your colleagues are all experts at Sichuan opera face-changing.

3. You can experience firsthand the trauma caused by unwanted sexual touching.

4. The boss’s ears are filled with your “kind words that you don’t want others to know about,” while your colleagues are all great writers who make stories out of rumors.

5. Thoroughly practice the virtue of enabling others to succeed: whatever the boss praises was done by your manager; whatever the boss thinks is wrong was apparently something you insisted on doing. Securely hold on to your salary that never increases—it’s your best choice.

6. You can learn how to take the blame without complaining: production falls behind—you caused it; the customer doesn’t place an order—you caused it; inventory can’t be sold—you caused it.

8. A game of power that lets you enjoy watching the drama unfold. Every manager is either from Air Command or a royal relative. Even if they are useless and incapable of doing anything, they still have you to take the fall for them.

Pros

The company has an electronic attendance system, which is very advanced.

It is convenient and eliminates the hassle of requesting leave at any time.

Working and break hours are very flexible, with no fixed restrictions.

The colleagues are easy to get along with.

Overtime requires approval from a supervisor.

In principle, employees are not required to work overtime...

Cons

There is no dedicated cleaning staff in the office,

so individuals have to take care of their own work areas.

As a result, the shared areas are less hygienic,

which is also caused by poor personal hygiene habits.

It is truly speechless.........

Pros

There are three holiday bonuses or gifts.

You can play some light music in the office to help ease an irritable mood.

Employees are occasionally given company products free of charge.

You can learn many ways to respond to different situations...

Cons

The building’s overall cleanliness needs to be improved; the windows are all gray and dirty when you look out!!

Most colleagues are very friendly, but a few lack empathy and do not consider office cleanliness important. After replenishing the copier paper, they do not dispose of the packaging, and if something spills in the refrigerator, they do not wipe it up either....

Pros

1. Because the company is so absurd, the employees actually get along well in private.

After all, we have to resist the evil forces together, which creates a bridge effect.

2. There is an annual company banquet and employee travel (although the itineraries are pretty absurd).

3. The lunch break is an hour and a half (but you must arrive punctually at 8:30 a.m.).

4. The work environment is quite relaxed. You can leave your seat whenever you want, and people generally do not interfere. However, the boss loves walking around behind everyone, peeking at their screens, and secretly eating the snacks on employees’ desks.

5. Taking time off is easy, but if you take too much, you will be complained at for a long time.

Most colleagues are genuinely easy to get along with, and there are also many truly capable people. You can get to know them, make friends, and build your own network.

Cons

1. As many senior colleagues have said, this company is extremely—utterly—disrespectful of professional expertise and never listens to employees’ suggestions.

2. Product design is not handled by the product department; it is handled by sales. So the uglier, the better.

3. A brand killer. This company has more or less killed five or six brands over the years, and I do not know why anyone still dares to work with it.

4. If you sell well, it is all because the company’s product development was excellent; if you sell poorly, it is because the sales staff are too incompetent.

5. If you latch onto the right people, you can rise straight to the top, because the managers above you basically have minds that are still factory-sealed and are unwilling to accept any new ideas. The moment you speak up, you are told that you are the problem and that you do not understand. As long as you cater to the managers’ preferences, your salary can jump several levels immediately.

6. The company has absolutely, completely, totally no ideas or understanding when it comes to brand management. Even the company introduction and brand descriptions were written entirely by new employees. There is no thought whatsoever given to brand image or positioning.

7. The bonus system and company policies are changed whenever they feel like it. Not giving you your bonus is considered perfectly normal. The more money you make, the less they let you take home, because the manager takes half first. For some reason, bonuses also have to be divided with the administration department, although you have no idea what tangible help they actually provided.

8. All the managers are extremely good at painting grand pictures, especially those at associate-director level and above. Behind closed doors at the company, they are very good at talking; once they go to meet clients, they just lower their heads like ostriches and expect employees to shoulder everything!

9. If you do not stand up for yourself and argue your case, the company assumes you are easy to bully. Work spanning three or four departments will all be pushed onto you. They will say, “You need to create your own value first; then the company will see your efforts and contributions.” The reality is that they will not—and they may even snap, “I never said this was your job. Who told you to do it just because you wanted to?”

10. People who know how to get things done will be exploited to death. Then, the moment you resist, they will say your work attitude is poor and use that as a reason to deduct your performance bonus.

11. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, only employee gift vouchers or some agricultural products. The criteria for the year-end bonus: none. It depends entirely on whether the manager likes you. It can be as little as less than one-third of a month’s salary, and at most around 1.25 months. The benefits policy is basically nonexistent.

12. People in the administration department and some long-serving employees love making vulgar dirty jokes, discussing their political views, and disparaging people with different views. They also make attacks related to sexual orientation, and they speak very loudly, showing absolutely no concern about whether their comments are appropriate.

After spending several years at this company, I have only become increasingly disappointed in its managers and systems. When you achieve results, there is no raise or any other reward. They only keep making empty promises that the company will not treat you unfairly, but the fact is that it really does treat you unfairly.

Whenever you resist or raise an objection, the company starts targeting you in all sorts of ways and nitpicking over every little thing—things so insubstantial that they are practically invisible. The managers have no professional competence whatsoever. If you respond using your professional expertise, you will immediately be labeled a blacklisted problem employee. For the sake of gaining experience, you can give it a try; after all, when there are no resources, you have to rely on yourself, and you can learn a lot in a short time.

If you want to stay for the long term, you have to be good at flattering people and passing work off to others. You also have to pretend that you are very serious and hardworking. Learn to become a tea-art master—starting with you and me. Hope this helps everyone :)

You’ll learn a few things, that’s about it.

Cons

The manager has no experience.

The work environment is poor, and the attitude of the Administration Department is the worst. There is no overtime pay, and bonuses are always paid six months late. During the interview, they say there will be a “salary adjustment” after three months, but it never happens. Even after several years, they absolutely refuse to increase salaries. This company is extremely stingy.

Whatever you do, don’t join this company!! Everyone has been deceived.

Pros

1. The work atmosphere and pace are relaxed, and most colleagues are easy to get along with

2. You can be 15 minutes late

3. It is easy to request personal leave or annual leave

4. You can hunt for treasures in the trash during the sale

Cons

1. Low pay; the only bonus is a gift certificate for employee purchases (valid for a limited time, with no extensions), and the year-end bonus is less than one month’s salary

2. A group of entrenched employees in the Administration Department who like making inappropriate jokes, shift blame when problems arise, order others around, make loud noises and slack off like they are in charge when the boss is away, but stay quiet, work overtime, and act diligent when the boss is present

3. A group of entrenched employees in the Business Department who order others around, shirk their work, and like to act as department heads from other departments and give orders; they are a year behind in their sensitivity to products, say out-of-season items are currently fashionable, and put all orders in the warehouse

4. The boss’s trademark is a cold stare, cold words, and a cold laugh; every sentence is intended only to highlight their own foresight, stature, and sensitivity to business opportunities. They spend every day wanting to return to their glorious past; the times have changed, but the boss’s mind has not

5. The director really wants to make their son famous; their perfume is so strong it can choke you, and working for them requires great love and patience

6. Requesting sick leave will result in being given a hard time by the Administration Department

7. The overall system is chaotic, and the boss’s policies are changeable. The senior officials below the boss are all very skilled at superficial verbal performance, but their abilities and thinking are disheartening

Pros

You have to be able to do everything.

Because people will keep dumping their work on you^___^

Cons

The company has no real systems to speak of. Supervisors often go back on what they say, so the people who stay are probably either long-timers, well-connected, or extremely good at currying favor.

Some assistants aren't really assistants at all—they're managers. They have very arrogant attitudes and dump everything on new employees. If nothing goes wrong, it's their credit; if something does go wrong, it's someone else's problem. You can't afford to offend the management department—they have an ugly way of doing things.

There are serious problems within the company, but the boss is still stuck in the company's former glory days. No wonder it has been declining day by day. This brand used to be well known by quite a lot of people.

There are no bonuses for the three major holidays. Instead, the company gives out gift vouchers and even requires them to be used up within a certain period. In some cases, they have to be used within half a month. It's utterly speechless.

Pros

The colleagues are easy to get along with.

Cons

Sales Department: New sales staff are usually pretty good, but their enthusiasm is estimated to disappear within a month, after which they’re basically done. Most of them only know how to talk nonsense and fool around outside; they can’t produce results, yet they won’t get fired—they’re just old hands coasting along.

Administration Department: There are many extremely senior employees who just take whatever they can and coast whenever they can.

Marketing Department: There’s a department head who can’t do anything but insists on sticking her nose into everything. Basically, she acts as though she can do every role in every department in the company. Her catchphrase is, “I’ll teach you how to do design” (lol).

Product Department: Under this company’s organizational structure, it has been reduced to nothing more than picking out styles.

Summary: This was once a company that enjoyed a period of glory. The boss loves talking about how successful he used to be and how the company made hundreds of millions every year, yet he doesn’t address the problems in front of him. He is immersed in past success, so it’s no surprise that performance keeps getting worse, while inventory sits around until it turns into garbage.

That’s all.

Colleagues get along well, and the office atmosphere is fairly harmonious. Personal time is not overly restricted, and you can find good deals at special sales or sample sales.

Cons

Everyone is forced to perform at the year-end party (singing, dancing, etc.), and you have to practice after work. Each year, departments take turns planning the year-end party, except for the Sales Department.

The administrative department has a lot of power, so don't offend them. They are very good at pushing tasks onto newcomers. Meetings with upper management have no focus. The boss makes very sarcastic remarks, publicly harshly criticizes supervisors in front of junior employees, and even secretly eats snacks from employees' desks.

Occasionally, you may be forced to post flattering comments on the company's Facebook page and official website.

There is no so-called gift money for the three major festivals. Instead, everyone receives NT$1,000 in employee purchase credit; new employees receive NT$600 for their first three months, and it cannot be converted to cash. The company is essentially enriching itself.

The noise during lunch breaks is very loud, making it difficult to fall asleep.
