They occasionally help farmers and give employees agricultural products, which is pretty nice.
Every year on Mother's Day, they treat all married women to a meal.
The overall work atmosphere is fairly good.
The company brand is extremely popular, and the employee discount is pretty good.
Cons
The building elevators may not be available during work hours.
The restroom is sometimes dirty and messy. Gross.
