Pros
Work can be done as you please,
working hours are flexible by 15 minutes,
you can leave work right on time,
no overtime.
GOOD!
Cons
There is no cleaning staff in the office,
everyone only takes care of their own area,
and people have very little regard for public spaces.
The restroom used most often is always sprayed all over the place,
there are brushes, but no one uses them......
NOT GOOD!
