You get to experience working in a dirty, dusty, old work environment full of dust mites.
There are only fans and no air conditioning, so you work all day in a place that smells awful, is allergy-inducing, and unbearably hot.
The inventory is inaccurate, the warehouse is dirty and disorganized, and labels have to be replaced with special-sale prices from other stores. The Dingxin ERP system used for shipping is terrible and keeps crashing. The system has never been improved, warehouse staff often pick the wrong items, and the shipping team has to help correct the mistakes; otherwise, someone will be blamed when the shipment goes out.
There are no employee benefits.
