Working and break hours are very flexible, with no fixed restrictions.
The colleagues are easy to get along with.
Overtime requires approval from a supervisor.
In principle, employees are not required to work overtime...
There is no dedicated cleaning staff in the office,
so individuals have to take care of their own work areas.
As a result, the shared areas are less hygienic,
which is also caused by poor personal hygiene habits.
