The colleagues are easy to get along with.
Sales Department: New sales staff are usually pretty good, but their enthusiasm is estimated to disappear within a month, after which they’re basically done. Most of them only know how to talk nonsense and fool around outside; they can’t produce results, yet they won’t get fired—they’re just old hands coasting along.
Administration Department: There are many extremely senior employees who just take whatever they can and coast whenever they can.
Marketing Department: There’s a department head who can’t do anything but insists on sticking her nose into everything. Basically, she acts as though she can do every role in every department in the company. Her catchphrase is, “I’ll teach you how to do design” (lol).
Product Department: Under this company’s organizational structure, it has been reduced to nothing more than picking out styles.
Summary: This was once a company that enjoyed a period of glory. The boss loves talking about how successful he used to be and how the company made hundreds of millions every year, yet he doesn’t address the problems in front of him. He is immersed in past success, so it’s no surprise that performance keeps getting worse, while inventory sits around until it turns into garbage.
That’s all.
