I didn’t submit a résumé in the first place; they called me themselves. During the interview, they kept challenging my technical skills and saying I was terrible. Then, unbelievably, I still received an offer. After I declined it, they started calling me every day, repeatedly urging me to go to work there. It was a relentless barrage of calls—and phone calls cost money. Absolutely terrifying.

Warning: If you still have dreams and want to keep striving in life, stay away from this company.

I naively thought this was just an ordinary interview.

I never imagined it would be a “double torture” of my self-esteem and future.

Let me start with the most uncomfortable part: The HR representative’s attitude was extremely unpleasant. The entire interview felt nothing like an exchange; it was more like a trial of my character. The tone was arrogant, the wording was biting, and the interrogative questions showed no empathy or basic courtesy. You are not sitting in an office for an interview—you are sitting in an interrogation chair, being humiliated as an “incompetent” person who is treated as if you are worth nothing.

Then I discovered—this company is basically a low-wage staffing agency, using polished terms such as “on-site placement,” “projects,” and “partner companies,” when in reality it is simply “selling headcount,” profiting by placing you at another company to work and pocketing the difference.

What career planning? What professional development?

None of it exists.

You are merely a labor commodity. As long as you can endure, do the work, and not ask why, the company will continue to “lease” you out and then harvest the profits. Most ironically, the salary they offer is even lower than that of other large staffing companies! It was so low that I thought I had misheard.

What “on-site placement” really means is:

You go to work → another company takes the fruits of your labor

This company simply pockets the difference in the middle

Then it lures you in by talking as if “we are a regular employer”

Under this system, you will have no promotion, no skills development, and you will never be treated as a valuable employee. You are merely a mobile “human resource,” like a puzzle piece: wherever there is a staffing shortage, you are plugged in; when the contract ends, you are discarded. You will forever build dreams for others, and never have a future of your own.

So I sincerely urge everyone:

👉 If you still believe in your own value

👉 If you still have even a little passion for life

👉 If you do not want to wake up every day wondering why you still exist

Please do not choose this company.

This is a place that will make you completely lose faith in society and your career.

If you feel desperate about the world and want to slowly lose yourself, suffer an emotional breakdown, and give up struggling forever—

this place is perfect for you, because it will quickly show you what “the staffing system of the soul” is and how tragic “the lowest price of life” can be.

I am writing this only to help people who are still looking for jobs hit the brakes. Don’t be like me and realize only at the interview that this is not the beginning of a career, but the starting point of “taking your dreams off the shelves.”

Warning: If you still have dreams and want to strive for something in life, stay away from this company.

I naively thought this was just an ordinary interview.

I never imagined it would be a “double torture” of my self-esteem and future.

Let me start with the most uncomfortable part: HR’s attitude was extremely hostile. The entire interview felt nothing like an exchange; it was more like a trial of my character. The tone was arrogant, the wording was cutting, and the interrogative questions showed no empathy or basic courtesy. You are not sitting in an office having an interview—you are sitting in an interrogation chair, being humiliated as an “incompetent person” who is treated as if you are nothing.

Then I realized—the company is basically a low-wage staffing agency, hiding behind polished terms such as “on-site placement,” “projects,” and “partner companies.” In reality, it is simply “selling headcount,” making a profit by placing you at another company to work and pocketing the difference.

What career planning? What professional development?

None of it exists.

You are a labor commodity. As long as you can endure, work, and not ask why, the company will continue to “lease” you and reap the profits. The most ironic part is that the salary they offer is even lower than that of other large staffing companies offering similar placements! It was so low that I thought I had misheard.

What “on-site placement” really means is:

You go to work → another company takes the fruits of your labor

This company pockets the difference in between

Then it lures you in by claiming, “We are a permanent employer.”

Under this system, you will not be promoted, you will not receive skills training, and you will certainly not be treated as a valuable employee. You are merely a mobile “human resource,” like a puzzle piece: wherever there is a staffing shortage, you are placed there; whenever the contract ends, you are kicked out. You are forever building dreams for others, and never have a future of your own.

So I sincerely urge everyone:

👉 If you still have even a little passion for life

👉 If you do not want to wake up every day wondering why you still exist

Please do not choose this company.

This is a place that makes people completely give up on society and their careers.

If you feel despair about the world and want to slowly lose yourself, suffer an emotional breakdown, and give up struggling for good—

this place is perfect for you, because it will quickly show you what the “dispatch system of the soul” is and how tragically low the “bottom price of life” can be.

Then I discovered that this company is actually a low-wage staffing agency, hiding behind polished terms such as “on-site assignment,” “projects,” and “partner companies.” In reality, it is simply “selling headcount,” making a profit by placing you at another company to work and pocketing the difference.

You are merely a labor commodity. As long as you can endure, work, and not ask why, the company will continue to “lease” you out and reap the profits. The most ironic part is that the salary they offer is even lower than that of other large staffing companies! It was so low that I thought I had misheard.

What “on-site placement” really means is:

You go to work → another company gets the results of your labor

This company pockets the difference in the middle

And then lures you in by talking as if “we are a permanent employer”

Under this system, you will not be promoted, you will not receive skills training, and you will certainly not be treated as a valuable employee. You are simply a mobile “human resource,” like a puzzle piece: filling wherever there is a shortage, then being discarded when the contract ends. You are forever building dreams for others, with no future of your own.

So I sincerely urge everyone:

👉 If you still believe in your own value

👉 If you still have even a little passion for life

👉 If you do not want to wake up every day wondering why you still exist

Please do not choose this company.

This is a place that makes people completely lose faith in society and their careers.

If you feel despair about the world and want to slowly lose yourself, suffer an emotional breakdown, and eventually give up struggling altogether—

this place is perfect for you, because it will quickly teach you what “the staffing system of the soul” means, and how tragic “the bottom price of life” can be.

I am writing this only to help people who are still looking for work hit the brakes. Do not be like me and realize only at the interview that this is not the beginning of a career, but the starting point of “taking your dreams off the shelf.”

Warning: If you still have dreams and want to strive for your life, stay away from this company.

I naively thought this was just an ordinary interview.

I never expected it to be a “double torture” of my self-esteem and future.

Let me start with the most uncomfortable part: HR’s attitude was extremely rude. The entire interview felt nothing like an exchange; it was more like a trial of my character. The tone was arrogant, the wording was caustic, and the interrogative questions showed no empathy or basic courtesy. You are not sitting in an office having an interview—you are sitting in an interrogation chair, being humiliated as an “incompetent person” who is treated as if you are nothing.

Then I realized—the company is essentially a low-wage staffing agency, hiding behind polished terms such as “on-site placement,” “projects,” and “partner companies.” In reality, it is simply “selling headcount,” making a profit by placing you in another company to work and pocketing the difference.

I never expected it to be a “double torture” of my self-esteem and future.

Let’s start with the most uncomfortable part: The HR representative’s attitude was absolutely appalling. The entire interview felt nothing like a conversation; it was more like a trial of my character. The tone was arrogant, the wording was cutting, and the interrogative questions showed no empathy or basic courtesy. You weren’t sitting in an office having an interview—you were sitting in an interrogation chair, being humiliated as an “incompetent” nobody.

Then I realized—the company is basically a low-wage staffing agency. It uses polished terms such as “on-site placement,” “projects,” and “partner companies,” but in reality it simply “sells headcount,” making a profit by placing you at another company to work and pocketing the difference.

Career planning? Professional development?

None of it exists.

You are simply a labor commodity. As long as you can endure, do the work, and don’t ask why, the company will continue to “lease” you out and harvest the profits. Most ironically, the salary they offer is even lower than that of other large staffing companies! It was so low that I thought I had misheard.

The tone was arrogant, the wording was biting, and the interrogative questions showed no empathy or basic courtesy. You are not sitting in an office for an interview—you are sitting in an interrogation chair, being humiliated as an “incompetent” nobody.

Then I realized—this company is essentially a low-wage staffing agency. It uses polished terms like “on-site placement,” “projects,” and “partner companies,” but in reality, it simply “sells headcount,” making a profit by placing you in another company to work and pocketing the difference.

What career planning? What professional development?

None of it exists.

You are just a labor commodity. As long as you can endure, work, and not ask why, the company will continue to “lease” you and harvest the profits. The most ironic part is that the salary they offer is even lower than that of other large staffing companies! It was so low that I thought I had misheard.

What “on-site placement” supposedly means is:

You go to work → another company gets the results of your labor

This company simply pockets the middleman’s profit

Then it lures you in by pretending, “We’re a regular employer.”

Under this system, you will have no promotion, no skills development, and you will never be treated as a valuable employee. You are merely a mobile “human resource,” like a puzzle piece: placed wherever there is a staffing shortage, then kicked out when the contract ends. You are forever building dreams for others, with no future of your own.

So I sincerely urge everyone:

👉 If you still believe in your own value

👉 If you still have even a little passion for life

👉 If you do not want to wake up every day wondering why you still exist

Please do not choose this company.

This is a place that will make you completely lose faith in society and your career.

If you feel despair about the world and want to slowly lose yourself, suffer an emotional breakdown, and eventually give up struggling altogether—

this place is perfect for you, because it will quickly teach you what “soul staffing” and the “bottom price of life” truly mean, and how tragic they are.

I wrote this only to help people still looking for work hit the brakes. Don’t be like me and realize only at the interview that this is not the beginning of a career, but the starting point of “taking your dreams off the shelf.”

Warning: If you still have dreams and want to work hard for your life, stay away from this company.

I naively thought this was just an ordinary interview.

I never expected it to be a “double torture” of my self-respect and future.

Let me start with the most uncomfortable part: the HR representative’s attitude was absolutely awful. The entire interview felt nothing like an exchange; it was more like a trial of my character. The tone was arrogant, the wording was biting, and the interrogative questions showed no empathy or basic courtesy. You are not sitting in an office having an interview—you are sitting in an interrogation chair, being humiliated as an “incompetent” who is treated as if you were nothing.

Then I discovered that this company is essentially a low-wage staffing agency, hiding behind polished terms such as “on-site placement,” “projects,” and “partner companies.” In reality, it is simply “selling headcount,” profiting by placing you at another company to work and pocketing the difference.

What career planning? What professional development?

None of it exists.

You are merely a labor commodity. As long as you can endure, do the work, and refrain from asking why, the company will continue to “lease” you out and harvest the profits. Most ironically, the salary they offer is even lower than that of other large staffing companies! It was so low that I thought I had misheard.

The so-called “on-site placement” actually means:

You go to work → another company takes the fruits of your labor

This company simply pockets the middleman’s markup.

Then it lures you in by claiming, “We offer permanent positions.”

Under this system, you will have no promotion, no skills development, and certainly will not be treated as a valuable employee. You are merely a “human resource” in constant motion, like a puzzle piece: wherever there is a staffing shortage, you are put in place; the day the contract ends, you are discarded. You are forever building dreams for others, with no future of your own.

So I sincerely urge everyone:

👉 If you still believe in your own value

👉 If you still have even a little passion for life

👉 If you do not want to wake up every day questioning why you still exist

Please do not choose this company.

Let me start with the most uncomfortable part: HR’s attitude was unbelievably hostile. The entire interview felt nothing like an exchange; it was more like a trial of my character. The tone was arrogant, the wording was cutting, and the interrogative questions showed no empathy or basic courtesy. You are not sitting in an office having an interview—you are sitting in an interrogation chair, being humiliated as an “incompetent person” who is treated as though you are nothing.

What career planning? What professional development?

You are merely a human-resource product. As long as you can endure, work, and not ask why, the company will continue to “lease” you out and reap the profits. The most ironic part is that the salary they offer is even lower than what other large staffing companies pay for similar placements! It was so low that I thought I had misheard.

What “on-site placement” really means is:

You go to work → another company takes the fruits of your labor

This company pockets the difference

Then it lures you in by claiming, in the tone of a permanent employer, “We hire full-time employees.”

I naively thought this would just be an ordinary interview.

I never expected it to be a “double torture” of my self-esteem and future.

Let me start with the most uncomfortable part: HR’s attitude was exceptionally terrible. The entire interview felt nothing like an exchange and much more like a trial of my character. this place is perfect for you, because it will quickly teach you what “the staffing system of the soul” is and how tragic “the bottom price of life” can be.

I wrote this only to help people who are still job hunting put on the brakes. Do not be like me and realize only at the interview: this is not the beginning of a career, but the starting point of “taking your dreams off the market.”

Warning: If you still have dreams and still want to work hard for your life, stay away from this company.

I naively thought this was just an ordinary interview.

I never expected it to be a “double torture” of my self-esteem and future.

Let’s start with the most uncomfortable part: The HR representative’s attitude was utterly appalling. The entire interview felt nothing like an exchange; it was more like a trial of my character. The tone was arrogant, the wording cutting, and the interrogative questions showed no empathy or basic courtesy. You weren’t sitting in an office having an interview—you were sitting in an interrogation chair, being humiliated as an “incompetent person” who was treated as if you were worth nothing.

Then I discovered that this company is essentially a low-wage staffing agency, hiding behind polished terms like “on-site placement,” “projects,” and “partner companies.” In reality, it simply “sells headcount,” profiting by placing you in another company to work and pocketing the difference.

What career planning? What professional development?

None of it exists.

You are just a labor commodity. As long as you can endure, do the work, and don’t ask why, the company will continue to “lease” you out and harvest the profits. The most ironic part is that the salary they offer is even lower than what other large staffing companies pay for similar placements! It was so low that I thought I had misheard.

What “on-site placement” really means is:

You go to work → another company takes the fruits of your labor

This company pockets the difference in the middle

Then it lures you in by pretending, “We’re a regular full-time employer.”

Under this system, you won’t get promoted, you won’t develop your skills, and you certainly won’t be treated as a valuable employee. You are merely a “human resource” in constant circulation, like a puzzle piece—plugged in wherever there is a staffing shortage, then kicked out when the contract ends. You are forever building other people’s dreams, with no future of your own.

So I sincerely urge everyone:

👉 If you still believe in your own value

👉 If you still have even a little passion for life

👉 If you don’t want to wake up every day questioning why you still exist

Please don’t choose this company.

This is a place that makes people completely lose faith in society and their careers.

If you feel hopeless about the world, want to slowly lose yourself, suffer an emotional breakdown, and give up struggling altogether—

this place is perfect for you, because it will quickly teach you what the “staffing system of the soul” is and how tragically low the “底價” of life can be.

I’m writing this only to help people who are still looking for work hit the brakes. Don’t be like me and realize only at the interview that this isn’t the beginning of a career—it’s the starting point of “taking your dreams off the market.”

What “on-site placement” supposedly means is actually:

You go to work → another company takes the fruits of your labor

Under this system, you will have no promotion, no skills development, and you will certainly not be treated as a valued employee. There?

Cons

During the first call, they asked a whole series of questions and then started a phone interview without my consent. I originally thought they were just asking a few simple questions, but it ended up taking half an hour. I asked about the compensation for the position (having already stated my expected annual salary beforehand), but the HR representative did not answer directly, instead going around the subject and explaining that bonuses would bring my salary up to that amount. I asked again how much the monthly salary was, and only then did the HR representative reluctantly provide a figure—but it did not match what was advertised on 104. I felt deceived. The entire call was very uncomfortable, and I was also criticized for lacking experience.

I didn’t apply to them, and they hadn’t contacted me either, but they suddenly called and started asking about my work experience (including my salary and reason for leaving). Even after I said it was inconvenient to provide that information, they still kept asking. When it came to my expected salary, they even tried to negotiate it down. The questions they asked made me feel that she hadn’t read my résumé at all—they were all things already stated on my résumé.

It is an on-site position (a mechanism very similar to staffing/dispatch work).

The HR representative’s attitude made me feel very uncomfortable.

Pros

This kind of thing exists?????

Cons

They called me themselves at first,

and then started grilling me about my résumé,

asking whether I knew how to do this or that.

After talking for ten minutes, I couldn't help asking which company it was,

and only then did they tell me it was Kancheng Digital.

Then, even though the interview was remote, they insisted that you had to go to the office to conduct a remote interview with the client.

It turned out they wanted to eavesdrop on the interview,

and even told you not to tell the client that they were listening in.

Seriously, that's so messed up.

I didn't apply to this company! They inexplicably called to ask whether I knew how to do certain things, then started picking apart my résumé for no reason~ This person is nuts.

Pros

None at all; nothing redeeming.

Cons

I never proactively applied for a position with them, but they called to ask about my work details. During the conversation, their way of asking questions was very rude, and they even criticized my experience with an uncomfortable attitude. Afterward, they repeatedly harassed me with calls asking whether I wanted to come for an interview. Absolutely terrible.

Be careful with the managers at the Acer site. In addition to lacking the necessary competence, they may also cause trouble unnecessarily, so be careful when working there.

Pros

Terrible

Cons

During working hours, there is often only one female employee at the company. The boss seems like a pervert, sexually harasses female employees repeatedly, and eventually even forcibly assaults them. He goes around saying that women are all pretending to be modest, and he also wants to force himself on them and pull down their underwear.
