During the first call, they asked a whole series of questions and then started a phone interview without my consent. I originally thought they were just asking a few simple questions, but it ended up taking half an hour. I asked about the compensation for the position (having already stated my expected annual salary beforehand), but the HR representative did not answer directly, instead going around the subject and explaining that bonuses would bring my salary up to that amount. I asked again how much the monthly salary was, and only then did the HR representative reluctantly provide a figure—but it did not match what was advertised on 104. I felt deceived. The entire call was very uncomfortable, and I was also criticized for lacking experience.
