Warning: If you still have dreams and want to strive for something in life, stay away from this company.

I naively thought this was just an ordinary interview.

I never imagined it would be a “double torture” of my self-esteem and future.

Let me start with the most uncomfortable part: HR’s attitude was extremely hostile. The entire interview felt nothing like a conversation and more like a trial of my character. The tone was arrogant, the wording was caustic, and the interrogative questioning showed no empathy or basic courtesy. You are not sitting in an office having an interview; you are sitting in an interrogation chair, being humiliated as an “incompetent person” who is treated as though you are worth nothing.

Then I realized—the company is essentially a low-wage staffing agency, using polished terms like “on-site placement,” “projects,” and “partner companies,” when in reality it simply “sells headcount,” profiting by placing you at another company to work and pocketing the difference.

What career planning? What professional development?

None of it exists.

You are simply a labor commodity. As long as you can endure, do the work, and not ask why, the company will continue to “lease” you and reap the profits. The most ironic part is that the salary they offer is even lower than what other large staffing companies pay for similar placements! It was so low that I thought I had misheard.

What “on-site placement” really means is:

You go to work → another company gets the results of your labor

This company pockets the difference in the middle

Then it lures you in by talking as though “we are a permanent employer”

Under this system, you will have no promotion, no skills development, and you will never be treated as a valuable employee. You are merely a mobile “human resource,” like a puzzle piece: placed wherever there is a staffing shortage, then discarded when the contract ends. You are forever building dreams for others and never have a future of your own.

So I sincerely urge everyone:

👉 If you still believe in your own value

👉 If you still have even a little passion for life

👉 If you do not want to wake up every day wondering why you still exist

Please do not choose this company.

This is a place that makes people completely lose faith in society and their careers.

If you feel despair about the world and want to slowly lose yourself, suffer an emotional breakdown, and eventually give up struggling altogether—

this is the perfect place for you, because it will quickly teach you what “soul-level staffing” is and how tragic the “bottom price of life” can be.

I am writing this only to help people who are still looking for work hit the brakes. Do not be like me and realize only at the moment of the interview: this is not the beginning of a career, but the starting point of “taking your dreams off the shelf.”
