I didn’t apply to them, and they hadn’t contacted me either, but they suddenly called and started asking about my work experience (including my salary and reason for leaving). Even after I said it was inconvenient to provide that information, they still kept asking. When it came to my expected salary, they even tried to negotiate it down. The questions they asked made me feel that she hadn’t read my résumé at all—they were all things already stated on my résumé.
It is an on-site position (a mechanism very similar to staffing/dispatch work).
The HR representative’s attitude made me feel very uncomfortable.
