Warning: If you still have dreams and want to keep striving for your life, stay away from this company.
I naively thought this was just an ordinary interview.
I never expected it to be a “double torture” of my self-esteem and future.
Let me start with the most uncomfortable part: The HR representative’s attitude was appallingly bad. The entire interview felt nothing like a conversation; it was more like a trial of my character. The tone was arrogant, the wording was cutting, and the interrogative questions showed no empathy or basic courtesy. You were not sitting in an office having an interview—you were sitting in an interrogation chair, humiliated as an “incompetent” person who was treated as if you were nothing.
Then I realized—this company is essentially a low-wage staffing intermediary. It uses polished terms like “on-site placement,” “projects,” and “partner companies,” but in reality, it is simply “selling headcount,” making a profit by placing you in another company to work and pocketing the difference.
What career planning? What professional development?
None of it exists.
You are simply a labor commodity. As long as you can endure, do the work, and not ask why, the company will continue to “lease” you out and harvest the profits. The most ironic part is that the salary they offer is even lower than that of other large staffing companies! So low that I thought I had misheard.
What “on-site placement” really means is:
You go to work → another company gets the results of your labor
This company pockets the difference in the middle
Then it tricks you into joining with the claim that “we are a permanent employer”
Under this system, you will have no promotion opportunities, no skills development, and you will certainly not be treated as a valuable employee. You are merely a mobile “human resource,” like a puzzle piece: wherever there is a staffing shortage, you are placed there; when the contract ends, you are kicked out. You are forever building dreams for others, with no future of your own.
So I sincerely urge everyone:
👉 If you still believe in your own value
👉 If you still have even a little passion for life
👉 If you do not want to wake up every day questioning why you still exist
Please do not choose this company.
This is a place that will make you completely lose faith in society and your career.
If you feel despair about the world, want to slowly lose yourself, suffer an emotional breakdown, and then give up struggling altogether—
this place is perfect for you, because it will quickly teach you what “the staffing system of the soul” and the tragedy of “the bottom price of life” really mean.
I wrote this only to help people who are still looking for work hit the brakes. Don’t be like me and realize only at the moment of the interview: this is not the beginning of a career, but the starting point of “taking your dreams off the shelf.”
