Warning: If you still have dreams and want to strive for your life, stay away from this company.

I naively thought this was just an ordinary interview.

I never expected it to be a “double torture” of my self-esteem and future.

Let me start with the most uncomfortable part: HR’s attitude was extremely rude. The entire interview felt nothing like an exchange; it was more like a trial of my character. The tone was arrogant, the wording was caustic, and the interrogative questions showed no empathy or basic courtesy. You are not sitting in an office having an interview—you are sitting in an interrogation chair, being humiliated as an “incompetent person” who is treated as if you are nothing.

Then I realized—the company is essentially a low-wage staffing agency, hiding behind polished terms such as “on-site placement,” “projects,” and “partner companies.” In reality, it is simply “selling headcount,” making a profit by placing you in another company to work and pocketing the difference.

What career planning? What professional development?

None of it exists.

You are merely a labor commodity. As long as you can endure, do the work, and do not ask why, the company will continue to “lease” you and reap the profits. The most ironic part is that the salary they offer is even lower than that of other large staffing companies! It was so low that I thought I must have misheard.

The so-called “on-site placement” actually means:

You go to work → another company takes the results of your labor

This company pockets the difference in the middle

Then it lures you in by claiming, “We are a permanent employer.”

Under this system, you will have no promotion, no skills development, and you will certainly not be treated as a valued employee. You are merely a movable “human resource,” like a puzzle piece: placed wherever there is a staffing shortage, then kicked out when the contract ends. You will build dreams for others forever, while never having a future of your own.

So I sincerely urge everyone:

👉 If you still believe in your own value

👉 If you still have even a little passion for life

👉 If you do not want to wake up every day wondering why you still exist

Please do not choose this company.

This is a place that makes people completely lose faith in society and their careers.

If you feel despair about the world and want to slowly lose yourself, suffer an emotional breakdown, and eventually give up struggling altogether—

this place is perfect for you, because it will quickly teach you what “the staffing system of the soul” means, and how tragically low the “bottom price of life” can be.

I am writing this only to urge people who are still job hunting to hit the brakes. Do not be like me and realize only at the interview that this is not the beginning of a career, but the starting point of “taking your dreams off the shelf.”
