Read the community guidelinesThere are many young women, and they are exceptionally attractive.
Management has no principles; 70% of the managers are extremely lacking in professionalism, but they are highly skilled at internal power struggles.

The MIS network administrator role is on call, which 104 did not mention. Supervisors also often unexpectedly require overtime. When urgent problems arise, the supervisor does not handle them personally and instead demands that newcomers deal with them, which is ridiculous!! I was required to work overtime without warning three times within less than a month of joining. They expect you to work independently immediately even though you are not yet familiar with the work environment—it is outrageous!!! If you want to work as an MIS network administrator, please do not apply unless you have experience working on production lines. There is no need to make things difficult for yourself by frequently wearing cleanroom clothing and running around to various production lines! Last year, they laid off a group of MIS employees at the same time. The fact that this happened must mean there were serious problems within the company. If you do not want the company to disturb you on holidays and want to be able to maintain normal working hours, then do not come here!

Terrible interview experience—they continued interviewing candidates even though the position had already been filled, wasting everyone’s time. Poor review.

Low pay! Low pay! Low pay!

This is the first time I’ve encountered such a scheming supervisor.
They hide behind you and secretly record your work.
They record and report even the slightest actions they catch.
I’m completely dumbfounded—is this how they treat new employees?
The HR introduction was very clear
There is an employee meal ($55, with a $40 subsidy)
The interview with the manager didn’t seem to have much substance
Low hiring threshold (but also a high chance of being laid off), little pressure, suitable for taking it easy. The monthly salary is fairly good for a recent graduate, but the other benefits are very poor˜
There is plenty of negative news about this company; just Google it and you’ll find lots~ So I won’t elaborate.
Here’s an overview of the atmosphere in some departments for job seekers’ reference.
Salary is paid twice a month. Gift vouchers are given for all three major holidays. As for the year-end bonus, all I can say is don’t expect it—it’s practically nonexistent.
Biotech Department (Process Engineer)
The managers in this department are all old men who haven’t studied much.
Some of them haven’t even graduated from university.
They don’t have much professional knowledge themselves either.
They became managers simply by talking their way into it.
They give orders, and you have to work yourself to death to carry them out.
You’ll also be criticized for lacking performance.
Unless you’re genuinely interested in flexible circuit boards,
I advise against taking this position.
If you later want to change jobs and it’s not within a related industry,
your experience will be treated as equivalent to that of a new graduate, making salary negotiations difficult.
Quality Assurance Department
Because this company’s product quality is extremely poor,
this department is quite exhausting.
There are endless meetings and customer complaints that never stop coming in.
However, it is one of the departments where you can learn relatively more.
It will be somewhat better than being a process engineer when changing jobs later.
Production Operators
Production operators have little pressure; as long as you don’t offend anyone, you can live out your career peacefully.
The downside is that there are few opportunities for promotion, and the salary never changes.
Also, many veteran employees put on airs, so those with low stress tolerance should stay away~
IT Department
Basically, this department is also relatively low-pressure. Compared with the other production departments, the quality of the “senior” managers here is relatively better.
However, the junior managers also just give orders without doing much themselves. Every department that has dealt with them has a poor impression of them.
They are extremely self-important and speak to people in a contemptuous tone.
It’s recommended that you have a certain level of ability before joining this department; otherwise, you won’t really learn much.
But if you do have the ability, I still recommend going to another company~~~
Human Resources Department
Since this company frequently hires and lays off large numbers of employees, and its turnover rate is quite high,
you’ll be responsible for recruitment constantly. In addition, every group of new hires has to attend a full day of orientation on their first day.
Basically, there will be one or two groups of new hires every week~
The supervisor likes you, you can coast every day, and engineers at the Grade 3 level are treated like gods.
1. Senior employees bully newcomers.
2. The production line will work you to death. The production-line supervisor sits at their desk every day without seemingly knowing what to do. The production-line supervisor lacks leadership ability and cannot lead the line.
The supervisors of every department have “0” ability and do things subjectively.
3. The quality is unbelievably terrible; they only care about output, and quality data is falsified.
4. Senior employees are treated like gods. You cannot say anything even when they do something wrong; bad tasks are dumped on junior employees, and mistakes are pushed onto them too.
5. Under the duty roster system, no leave is allowed unless you are a senior employee.
6. All the capable people have resigned. The gap is huge—between those with nine years of experience and those with one year.
7. They find ways to make you submit your own resignation.
8. They do not value talent. In any case, the boss has money, so they can just hire more people.
9. Recently, they only favor people with master’s degrees or above, and bootlickers are also highly regarded.
10. There are many people on the production line who act entitled because of their seniority, deaf and mute employees, foreign workers who do not speak English, and foreign workers who come to Taiwan to study but only work three days a week.
11. Equipment maintenance is done carelessly or not done at all.
12. There is no genuine quality self-inspection; a bunch of data is fabricated.
13. The production line treats SOPs casually, and the data is handled casually too.
14. The production line keeps making products carelessly all the way through packaging, and then the supervisor wants you to take responsibility and approve them for shipment.
15. The production line is never at fault.
16. The process engineering team is treated as expendable, takes the blame for the production line, and has no status.
17. There are many malicious people in the company and on the production line.
There is too much to say… it is terrifying.
After I took childcare leave, the company pressured me to resign. As a result, I was asked to leave. The reason for resignation was ridiculous (because I did not answer the phone). The reason written on the resignation form was: “Unable to be promoted to the position!” I was handling an abnormal situation when my supervisor kept calling. Because I did not answer immediately, they told me to get lost. …..

7. They find ways to make you resign voluntarily.
8. The company does not value talent. The boss has money, so they can always hire someone else.
9. Recently, they only favor people with a master’s degree or higher, and sycophants are also highly valued.

11. Equipment maintenance is done carelessly or not at all.
12. Autonomous quality control is not actually carried out; a pile of data is fabricated.
13. Production-line SOPs are handled carelessly, and the records are also sloppy.
14. The production line carelessly makes things all the way through to packaging. If the supervisor wants you to take responsibility, the products can be shipped.
15. The production line is never at fault.
16. The biotechnology department is treated as expendable, made to take the blame for the production line, and has no status.

Come here to make friends
Broaden your horizons and plan your life
Treat this place as a temporary resting stop
That way, you won’t feel as bad about the job
There are many problems faced when coming here to work.
1. Most workers at the Guanyin plant have been forced to sign transfer forms, but the company imposed a mandatory requirement that they sign them, without making any prior announcement to the Guanyin plant.
2. Most information at the Guanyin plant is blocked, causing widespread panic. Workers under severe financial pressure are at a loss and can only take things one day at a time. Management has not arranged any relevant channels for job transfers.
3. The Guanyin plant has carried out layoffs three times, none of which complied with the relevant statutory provisions. Failing to take workers’ financial circumstances into consideration violates labor principles and is completely unethical. The layoffs before the Lunar New Year made the affected employees unable to enjoy the New Year.
4. Deceptive tactics were used. At the end of December, employees were initially notified to attend daytime educational training, but they were not informed in advance that they would be asked to sign documents. This left workers unable to think things through or negotiate with management. Employees were pressured by being given a red notice in one hand and a transfer form in the other. Only the next day did HR hold an information session, notifying employees that they could receive involuntary-separation benefits if they resigned that night, thereby inducing them to sign. In January, no relevant notice was given that the educational training would be stopped and layoffs carried out.
The above describes what happened at the Guanyin plant. It is truly infuriating. If the company cannot operate properly, yet also refuses to make arrangements for its employees, it is completely unethical.
Regarding employees transferred from the Shulin plant to the Taoyuan Technology Industrial Park plant: workers who rented housing away from home did so because they trusted the company’s assurances that operations would definitely move to Taoyuan Technology Industrial Park, so they rented in Guanyin instead of continuing to live in Shulin. However, when problems arose due to the poor operation of the Taoyuan Technology Industrial Park plant, management also failed to treat workers properly. Before the Lunar New Year, it expelled workers and forcibly terminated the accommodation of employees living in company dormitories, making it extremely difficult for them to find housing at short notice. This was truly unethical.
Workers at the Shulin plant already had low wages. Pay increases have been limited in recent years, so they could only rely on overtime to earn more. All of this was earned through their blood and sweat.
Those who really plan to come work here should be alert to the current situation and avoid being deceived. The company’s operating condition can be inferred from its current listed share price. Although the situation portrayed in the news may seem so crude, the company made money in 2018, yet the layoffs in February 2019 resulted only in a fine of NT$100,000–500,000 for taking an illegal route. This is truly unreasonable. It encourages other companies to follow suit: unscrupulous companies cannot receive proportionate punishment, leaving more workers to sell their labor and work themselves to the bone.
The work isn't very stressful; it's a company with a very relaxed pace, and overtime is rarely necessary.
A lot of people leave immediately when their work hours are over.
Although the benefits aren't particularly good, they have almost everything you'd expect.
There's an employee cafeteria, and there's also a convenience store inside the company, so you don't need to bring your own lunch.
The salary is extremely low... and raises come very slowly.
Like at school, bells ring to signal the start and end of work periods.
The company has a patrol team walking around, and they monitor everyone closely.
As for the benefits, compared with many tech companies, almost every department, regardless of which one, generally gets off work on time.
1. As in the industry, the bad habit of older employees speaking loudly is unavoidable.
2. The pay is not just a little low; the benefits keep getting cut.
3. HR is a standard management mouthpiece and loves imposing martial law in the company.
4. The company’s goal is to exploit employees: if they can make you sit, they won’t let you lie down; if they can make you stand, they won’t let you sit. They want to push you until you get fed up and resign on your own.
5. The company violates many provisions of the Labor Standards Act, but when labor inspectors come, it produces fabricated documents, just like many large companies do.
6. There is intense infighting between departments, and the conflicts among the previous generation make it difficult for newcomers to get things done.
1. Follow orders obediently and there won’t be any surprises (stable)
2. You can last a long time, and the work can be reasonably satisfying
1. Senior employees bully newcomers
2. Knowing how to talk and flatter people is more important
3. There is no drive to improve, and management has some problems
4. You often have to share the hardship
5. The salary is really not high, and engineers are no exception
6. Taking parental leave is seen as a thorn in one’s side, especially in indirect departments
7. Salary adjustments only come with promotions
