As for the benefits, compared with many tech companies, almost every department, regardless of which one, generally gets off work on time.
1. As in the industry, the bad habit of older employees speaking loudly is unavoidable.
2. The pay is not just a little low; the benefits keep getting cut.
3. HR is a standard management mouthpiece and loves imposing martial law in the company.
4. The company’s goal is to exploit employees: if they can make you sit, they won’t let you lie down; if they can make you stand, they won’t let you sit. They want to push you until you get fed up and resign on your own.
5. The company violates many provisions of the Labor Standards Act, but when labor inspectors come, it produces fabricated documents, just like many large companies do.
6. There is intense infighting between departments, and the conflicts among the previous generation make it difficult for newcomers to get things done.
