Your supervisor loves you; you can coast every day, and engineers at the level of a third-tier worker are treated like gods.

1. Senior employees bully newcomers.

2. The production line works you to death, while the production-line supervisor sits around every day without knowing what to do. The production-line supervisor lacks leadership skills and cannot lead the line.

The supervisors in every department have “0” ability and do things subjectively.

3. The quality is exceptionally terrible; they only care about output, and quality data is falsified.

4. Senior employees are treated like gods. You cannot say anything even when they do something wrong; they dump lousy tasks on junior employees and shift the blame when mistakes are made.

5. The duty system does not allow anyone to take leave unless you are a senior employee.

6. All the capable people have resigned. The gap is huge between people with nine years of experience and those with one year.

7. They find ways to make you resign voluntarily.

8. They do not value talent. The boss has money anyway, so they can always hire someone else.

9. Recently, they only favor people with a master’s degree or higher, and sycophants are also highly favored.

10. There are many senior employees on the production line who act entitled, deaf-mute employees, foreign workers who do not speak English, and foreign workers who came to Taiwan to study but only come to work three days a week.

11. Equipment maintenance is done carelessly or not at all.

12. Quality self-management is not carried out; a pile of data is fabricated.

13. The production-line SOPs are handled carelessly, and the data is also handled carelessly.

14. The production line keeps making products improperly all the way through packaging, and when the supervisor wants you to take responsibility, they make you approve the shipment.

15. The production line is never at fault.

16. The bioengineering department is treated like it deserves to die: it takes the blame for the production line and has no status.

17. There are many treacherous people in the company and on the production line.

There is too much to list… it is terrifying.

After I took parental leave, the company forced me to resign. I was therefore asked to leave, and the reason given was ridiculous (because I did not answer the phone).
