Pros

I received a withholding tax statement showing that the salary reported was higher than the salary I actually received. This is a form of tax evasion.

Violating Article 41 of the Tax Collection Act and Articles 215 and 216 of the Criminal Code may result in imprisonment for up to five years, detention, or a fine of up to NT$5 million, either alone or in addition to such penalties.

This company has now changed its name to Heyue International Co., Ltd.

Heyue International Co., Ltd. = Dongyuanxin Co., Ltd.

Heyue International Co., Ltd. = Dongyuanxin Co., Ltd.

Heyue International Co., Ltd. = Dongyuanxin Co., Ltd.

It’s very important, so I’m saying it three times!! All job seekers, please think twice!!

Changing the name can’t erase the negative reviews that Dongyuanxin Co., Ltd. originally had, okay?

Pros

This is my first time publicly reviewing a company; I have nothing to comment.

Cons

On your first day at work, you are asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. I think this is reasonable—after all, which company does not have its own confidential information? If it were leaked to competitors, it could indeed cause the company losses. Anyone who does not want to sign should think carefully.

The company’s systems and culture have problems. Almost all of the employees are young, and employees within the company often engage in infighting. On the surface, everyone is harmonious and seems very friendly toward you, but privately they use LINE on company computers to say bad things about you and even launch personal attacks. There is also a tradition of ostracizing new employees, so the high turnover rate is nothing unusual here. Information about this company can be found online, and most of the reviews are negative.

If you cannot tolerate sarcasm and snide remarks, I recommend not trying it. The sources of stress all stem from the influence of negative emotions and the overall atmosphere. The company’s turnover, culture, and systems have a great deal to do with its internal environment. They are constantly interviewing new employees. If you come to this company, it is best to have experience; otherwise, do not try it lightly.

The most serious problem is that the people responsible for training teach in a disjointed way: whatever problem comes up that day is what they teach you. For an inexperienced newcomer, it is very difficult to understand, and there is no complete plan. It takes time to adapt. The trainers are extremely impatient, as if they think you must learn something after being taught just once. They expect you to go live and interact with customers after only two weeks. For an inexperienced newcomer, how could you know where the problems are without hands-on practice? Moreover, what they say can easily be misunderstood, and when you make a mistake, they respond with extremely sarcastic and cutting remarks. If they are unhappy, they swear, creating a very uncomfortable negative atmosphere. After this negative emotion affects others, they will then say that your attitude toward learning is poor. I remember seeing comments from former employees who had left, saying that one employee spoke disrespectfully and without restraint to supervisors and had a self-important sense of humor. That person was probably the one I encountered. At the time, I did not pay much attention to it, thinking it was merely an old employee targeting someone. After joining, I discovered that everyone deserves the respect they are due, regardless of whether they are new employees. In less than a month, I experienced all kinds of human warmth and coldness from the people and situations around me.

Pros

You should look for it yourself first.

Cons

Every company has its drawbacks, but this one has a unique drawback that others don't have.

There are no boundaries when speaking. What they consider humor is, unbeknownst to them, becoming increasingly outrageous. The fact that the manager is the same way is particularly shocking, and then they say others are impolite.

There are too many negative reviews; one positive review costs nothing.

On your first day at work, you are required to sign a contract and a confidentiality agreement. Company names: 東元心/日彩/漾林; they are all the same company.

The company’s systems and culture are problematic. Every employee works past the end of the workday, without overtime pay. The boss loves holding meetings. This company truly offers no prospects for development. The boss is Japanese, and most employees are young. The company’s systems are chaotic, and its turnover rate is extremely high. Employees often engage in internal backstabbing. Even on your final day, you may be assigned to the warehouse to help pack and ship goods—they make full use of you until the very end. Once you work in the warehouse packing orders, your colleagues will know that you are leaving, so the high turnover rate here is nothing unusual. Information about this company, including negative reviews, can all be found online.

I do not recommend wasting your time interviewing or working here. The company has an extremely high turnover rate. During interviews, they make grand promises, but the culture and systems are problematic, and there are also major internal issues. The employee turnover rate is extremely high; they are constantly interviewing people. The reviews are not very good. All I can say is that if you come to this company, you will not know what you are doing. In less than a month, I experienced all kinds of people, things, and situations.

Pros

1. Since the workplace used to be a retail store, it had already been decorated, so it’s quite beautiful. There’s music playing while working, and you can even request songs—the whole atmosphere is very relaxing XD

2. Employee discounts on skincare products, cosmetics, and perfume are incredibly cheap. Plus, the allowance refreshes every month, so it’s impossible to use it all up, and you can gradually help others place orders too. Unlike the previous company I worked for, where the annual employee-purchase allowance was fixed and often wasn’t enough.

3. Small companies have both advantages and disadvantages. Although the tasks are varied, you can learn about different aspects of the work. The SOPs and processes are still somewhat immature, but they are relatively more people-oriented as a result.

4. The colleagues are quite nice and often share snacks and feed each other. My belly is getting bigger and bigger—it’s an occupational hazard.

Cons

1. The tasks are really varied, and when things get busy, they get very busy. Sometimes I wonder, “Is this really within my scope of work?”

2. The disadvantages of a small company are pretty much what you’d expect. The organizational structure is still immature, so you need time to adapt.

Pros

The salary offered is fairly decent.

Cons

They originally notified me to report for work. Because I had family matters to take care of, I was discussing the start date with them. They had originally said that the position was urgent and that they couldn’t wait too long. I was also willing to coordinate and start on a date they preferred, but an hour later they notified me that the position was no longer available. This is absolutely ridiculous—it feels like they were messing with me. The company’s policies are also a complete mess. Seriously, don’t go for an interview at this company; it’s a waste of time.

Pros

➢ There is a bonus system; I received one at the end of the year once.

➢ Employee benefits for purchasing products.

➢ Leave is fairly flexible (at my previous company, requesting leave was extremely troublesome, and my requests would even be rejected = =)

Cons

Being 20 minutes late results in a deduction from the perfect attendance bonus.

The boss is very young and likes trying new things, so it’s best to be adaptable.

I highly do not recommend working at this company. The turnover rate is extremely high.

There is no overtime pay. Overtime hours can only be compensated with time off if you apply for overtime before 3 p.m. each day and your supervisor approves it. Otherwise, even if you simply work too slowly and end up staying late, you still have to submit the compensatory time-off hours to your supervisor for approval in advance; you can only take the leave after it has been approved.

Employees must clock in and out four times a day. Missing even one clock-in or clock-out results in a NT$100 deduction. Attendance bonuses make up a disproportionately large part of the salary, and money is deducted here and there.

Work messages are still sent late at night and during holidays, requiring employees to respond. In their daily work, colleagues also have to handle the boss’s personal errands, such as booking restaurants, competing for venues at municipal sports stadiums, and paying fines.

During the probationary period after joining the company, I participated in a major event. The boss personally promised during a meeting that bonuses would also be paid to employees still in their probationary period. However, several months passed without any payment. When I asked accounting, I learned that the boss had told them there was no intention of paying bonuses to probationary employees.

Pros

1. Lots of team meals and snacks, so you never have to worry about going hungry

2. Employee discounts on beauty products—I always stock up for my mom XD

3. Plenty of room to grow and make an impact at work, and the manager is nice

Cons

1. During event periods, you may have to work late. If you can't accept that, don't apply

2. The systems and processes aren't fully established yet

3. At a small company, you have to handle a wider variety of tasks

Pros

None at all

Cons

This company truly offers no career development whatsoever. The only thing I can say is that if you have plenty of time, you can experience an authentic old-school boss culture.

There are a bunch of rules used as excuses to deduct money from your pay, bonuses are not paid, and when calculating salaries for incomplete months, they actually use 31 days. We all know that the Civil Code stipulates that, regardless of the month, it is always calculated as 30 days :)

Even when concerns have been raised, they simply pretend not to see them and ignore the messages. When it comes to deducting money, though, they act very quickly. I really have no idea what is going on and am already prepared to file a complaint.

At the beginning, they even used 31 days to calculate February’s 28 days. I don’t believe HR could be unaware of this basic knowledge. Having such a mindset of taking a chance is truly baffling.

Even if you cannot find another job, absolutely do not come here and waste your time ==

They made everything sound great during the interview, saying that we followed the Labor Standards Act.

It was only after starting work that I discovered this was not the case.

During the interview, they said there would be salary adjustments, but it was actually just empty talk.

Overtime is not paid; instead, compensatory leave is provided. Sometimes we are also forced to work overtime, even though at the beginning they say that the company neither forces nor supports overtime. The company requires employees to clock in using a card, and employees are fined if they forget to bring it. There are also many other penalty rules. When employees whom the boss dislikes talk at work, he treats it as chatting and being inattentive. When employees he gets along with chat, he thinks he is being humorous and goes over to join the conversation.

They only say that the company’s performance continues to grow, but bonuses are never paid.

Once they start disliking you, they begin looking for things to target you over.

Since I joined, more than 10 people have already left.

There were also approximately two or three people who were laid off.

They were all notified directly on the same day to work until that day and then leave immediately.

Basically, if the boss dislikes someone, he will find a way to get rid of them, no matter how well they perform.

Human Resources will say, “Someone said you are not putting your heart into your work.”

When asked exactly where I was supposedly inattentive, they stammered and could not explain.

They only kept repeating, “Someone said you are not putting your heart into your work.”

They had no idea what the reason was and did not verify it with the supervisor or other colleagues.

From beginning to end, it was simply “someone said so”; in reality, they just disliked you and wanted you to leave.

They tell everyone to work only until that day and then keep asking, “Is there anything else you want to report?” What exactly are we supposed to report? Would it even be useful?

They were all laid off, yet no one could explain the reason for the layoffs.

Shouldn’t it be the boss saying this, rather than “someone said so”?

The boss only uses surveillance cameras and monitoring, afraid that others will say bad things about him.

I urge everyone to think twice, even if you get hired after the interview.

Don’t let this become your most unforgettable memory.

The company uses many different names and recruits under a different name each time: 東元心 = 日彩 = 漾林.

The company culture is poor and turnover is extremely high. I strongly advise everyone not to waste their time coming here to find out for themselves. The salary structure has a low base salary and an unreasonably high proportion tied to perfect attendance. If you get sick, forget to clock in, or accidentally arrive late, the deductions are extremely high, and you will basically lose the perfect-attendance bonus. The interview promises sound very appealing: they say your salary will be adjusted after the probationary period, but the actual increase is practically charity.

The job duties ultimately become different from the position you originally applied for, to the point where you do not even know what you are doing. You learn absolutely nothing, and no one cares about what you contribute. You are also expected to make restaurant reservations for the boss and handle a pile of non-work-related matters, which is extremely baffling.

The boss is emotional and likes to talk without taking action. It is also clear that the company does not value talent at all: people the boss likes are favored to the end, while those the boss feels indifferent toward are ignored no matter how well they perform. The company acts as though it wants people to leave as soon as possible. It is deeply frustrating.

The company culture is truly terrible. Do not come...

Dong Yuan Xin = Yang Lin = Ri Cai

The turnover rate is frighteningly high for a company where I worked for less than a year. The interview pitch was excellent, but aside from learning absolutely nothing, employees were also expected to take on multiple roles. Job transfers were imposed and work was assigned haphazardly without consultation, with the actual duties being completely different from those in the original job posting. The attendance bonus requirement was extremely high, while the starting salary was so low it made me want to cry. The salary adjustment after the probationary period and the year-end bonus were handed out as if they were charity. The promises kept getting grander and grander.

The company puts a nice spin on distributing performance bonuses, but in reality the bonus system is full of hidden conditions. Employees from other departments who provided substantial assistance with major events received not a penny. After calculating the figures, the total was completely inconsistent with the amount originally promised, which was truly infuriating. In my opinion, the company counts on the confidentiality agreement covering salaries and bonuses, assuming that no employee will dare to question it.

This company’s work processes are extremely unreasonable, directly contradicting the claim in the job posting that “our company greatly values talent.” It prioritizes labor costs and its own interests, and does not care about employees’ rest time or physical health. It is also completely indifferent to the issue of implicit overtime in certain positions. Employees often do not even have regular meals, and the company treats this as perfectly normal. It is truly beyond words.

The boss has no idea what they are doing, likes to issue orders without taking action, and has a three-minute attention span. They keep coming up with tasks they themselves know are difficult to accomplish or harassing employees over matters without evidence. If things cannot be completed, it is the employee’s responsibility, while the boss has no problem whatsoever. They are always saying that the company needs to have “class,” yet they enjoy making sexually suggestive jokes and personally attacking female colleagues with fuller figures, while thinking they are being humorous and witty. It is extremely uncomfortable. They are always saying not to bring emotions to work, yet they are the most emotional person of all 🤷🏻‍♀️. When in a bad mood, they target employees they dislike, deliberately making things difficult and finding ways to fire them or make them resign. Frequent monitoring and surveillance create enormous pressure for employees.

The boss is very good at making grand promises during interviews! But these promises will not be fulfilled. For example, they may promise a salary increase after the probationary period, but once the probationary period is over, the boss will break that promise.

Cons

There are two bosses, and sometimes what they say conflicts, which can be very confusing… Also, the boss is very emotional and sometimes takes it out on employees! In other words, they fire you, so this company has an extremely high turnover rate! You can see it recruiting from time to time!
