Pros
➢ There is a bonus system; I received one at the end of the year once.
➢ Employee benefits for purchasing products.
➢ Leave is fairly flexible (at my previous company, requesting leave was extremely troublesome, and my requests would even be rejected = =)
Cons
Being 20 minutes late results in a deduction from the perfect attendance bonus.
The boss is very young and likes trying new things, so it’s best to be adaptable.
