The turnover rate is frighteningly high for a company where I worked for less than a year. The interview pitch was excellent, but aside from learning absolutely nothing, employees were also expected to take on multiple roles. Job transfers were imposed and work was assigned haphazardly without consultation, with the actual duties being completely different from those in the original job posting. The attendance bonus requirement was extremely high, while the starting salary was so low it made me want to cry. The salary adjustment after the probationary period and the year-end bonus were handed out as if they were charity. The promises kept getting grander and grander.

The company puts a nice spin on distributing performance bonuses, but in reality the bonus system is full of hidden conditions. Employees from other departments who provided substantial assistance with major events received not a penny. After calculating the figures, the total was completely inconsistent with the amount originally promised, which was truly infuriating. In my opinion, the company counts on the confidentiality agreement covering salaries and bonuses, assuming that no employee will dare to question it.

This company’s work processes are extremely unreasonable, directly contradicting the claim in the job posting that “our company greatly values talent.” It prioritizes labor costs and its own interests, and does not care about employees’ rest time or physical health. It is also completely indifferent to the issue of implicit overtime in certain positions. Employees often do not even have regular meals, and the company treats this as perfectly normal. It is truly beyond words.

The boss has no idea what they are doing, likes to issue orders without taking action, and has a three-minute attention span. They keep coming up with tasks they themselves know are difficult to accomplish or harassing employees over matters without evidence. If things cannot be completed, it is the employee’s responsibility, while the boss has no problem whatsoever. They are always saying that the company needs to have “class,” yet they enjoy making sexually suggestive jokes and personally attacking female colleagues with fuller figures, while thinking they are being humorous and witty. It is extremely uncomfortable. They are always saying not to bring emotions to work, yet they are the most emotional person of all 🤷🏻‍♀️. When in a bad mood, they target employees they dislike, deliberately making things difficult and finding ways to fire them or make them resign. Frequent monitoring and surveillance create enormous pressure for employees.
