On your first day at work, you are required to sign a contract and a confidentiality agreement. Company names: 東元心/日彩/漾林; they are all the same company.
The company’s systems and culture are problematic. Every employee works past the end of the workday, without overtime pay. The boss loves holding meetings. This company truly offers no prospects for development. The boss is Japanese, and most employees are young. The company’s systems are chaotic, and its turnover rate is extremely high. Employees often engage in internal backstabbing. Even on your final day, you may be assigned to the warehouse to help pack and ship goods—they make full use of you until the very end. Once you work in the warehouse packing orders, your colleagues will know that you are leaving, so the high turnover rate here is nothing unusual. Information about this company, including negative reviews, can all be found online.
I do not recommend wasting your time interviewing or working here. The company has an extremely high turnover rate. During interviews, they make grand promises, but the culture and systems are problematic, and there are also major internal issues. The employee turnover rate is extremely high; they are constantly interviewing people. The reviews are not very good. All I can say is that if you come to this company, you will not know what you are doing. In less than a month, I experienced all kinds of people, things, and situations.
