Pros

This is my first time publicly reviewing a company; I have nothing to comment.

Cons

On your first day at work, you are asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. I think this is reasonable—after all, which company does not have its own confidential information? If it were leaked to competitors, it could indeed cause the company losses. Anyone who does not want to sign should think carefully.

The company’s systems and culture have problems. Almost all of the employees are young, and employees within the company often engage in infighting. On the surface, everyone is harmonious and seems very friendly toward you, but privately they use LINE on company computers to say bad things about you and even launch personal attacks. There is also a tradition of ostracizing new employees, so the high turnover rate is nothing unusual here. Information about this company can be found online, and most of the reviews are negative.

If you cannot tolerate sarcasm and snide remarks, I recommend not trying it. The sources of stress all stem from the influence of negative emotions and the overall atmosphere. The company’s turnover, culture, and systems have a great deal to do with its internal environment. They are constantly interviewing new employees. If you come to this company, it is best to have experience; otherwise, do not try it lightly.

The most serious problem is that the people responsible for training teach in a disjointed way: whatever problem comes up that day is what they teach you. For an inexperienced newcomer, it is very difficult to understand, and there is no complete plan. It takes time to adapt. The trainers are extremely impatient, as if they think you must learn something after being taught just once. They expect you to go live and interact with customers after only two weeks. For an inexperienced newcomer, how could you know where the problems are without hands-on practice? Moreover, what they say can easily be misunderstood, and when you make a mistake, they respond with extremely sarcastic and cutting remarks. If they are unhappy, they swear, creating a very uncomfortable negative atmosphere. After this negative emotion affects others, they will then say that your attitude toward learning is poor. I remember seeing comments from former employees who had left, saying that one employee spoke disrespectfully and without restraint to supervisors and had a self-important sense of humor. That person was probably the one I encountered. At the time, I did not pay much attention to it, thinking it was merely an old employee targeting someone. After joining, I discovered that everyone deserves the respect they are due, regardless of whether they are new employees. In less than a month, I experienced all kinds of human warmth and coldness from the people and situations around me.
