Read the community guidelinesSeriously thinking about it, there really aren't any.
The boss is really greasy~ He loves throwing English phrases around, and every time he has to mention which country he came back from, followed by “so this and that, blah blah blah” XD
Then he can’t do anything at all. He just has a rich family, and even thinks that opening a company is benefiting society (You’re poisoning everyone, aren’t you?
Number one at creating problems, number one at avoiding problems, number one at playing dumb, number one at pretending to be familiar.
His catchphrase is >> what the fuck (leaving everyone with a head full of black question marks ????
The boss’s wife is number one at flaunting her wealth, number one at having holes in her brain, number one at being short-tempered, and number one at being stingy.
Almost the entire company has to watch the boss’s wife’s mood. Although she is nominally a manager, she is the real person pulling the strings behind the scenes.
She has the final say on everything—even salaries.
Therefore, by the time you interview, the boss’s wife has actually already silently decided your salary. But if the boss promises you a higher salary, you may ultimately not be hired, or you may be hired and then have your salary cut under all kinds of pretexts.
As long as the boss’s wife takes a dislike to you, your days will be miserable. Whatever you do, she will find something to say about it.
Also, to take leave, you have to fill out a leave form. Once it’s completed, you have to give it to the boss’s wife for approval.
Here’s the important part: she will pretend not to see your leave form. Even when you’re about to take leave, she may continue pretending that it doesn’t exist.
She will also deliberately dump a lot of work on you. If you mention the leave to her, she will get angry on her own (I don’t understand it either.
The benefits go without saying—they’re just a bunch of words that sound nice XD
Just look at them and move on. Take them seriously and you lose.
This is a very unhappy company—the kind of company where, once you see quitting time, you just want to escape as quickly as possible.
They like exploiting loopholes in the law, yet require employees to follow the Labor Standards Act, and they only see the clauses that benefit them.
As for the provisions that genuinely protect employees, this dumb couple is number one at playing dumb!!!
In bloggers’ eyes, this company has already become a thorn in their side. A well-known mommy blogger even declared that she would pursue legal action against this company.
If you’re in marketing, I’m genuinely worried about your job, because she will send you to collect a huge number of lists. Whether they are usable or not has to go through nearly 365 days of her review, and she will tell you two days before D-DAY to produce the graphics and copy within two days (I was also completely dumbfounded.
If a blogger suddenly cancels the collaboration, the boss’s wife will also charge it to you (speechless fries.
Then she will send the boss to have a talk with you about how something like this could have happened.
There’s far too much to say—I really couldn’t finish it all........ This company is truly only suitable for people with strong nerves.
Even now, I leave this company’s experience completely off my résumé... because I don’t want to mention that I once worked there either.
The above is my personal experience, provided for everyone’s reference.
At that time, Senfeng had openings for “Community Management” and “Design and Layout.” I applied for “Community Management” and got an interview opportunity~The company is located in a very impressive building, and there’s even a Starbucks on the first floor! Senfeng’s office is also quite beautiful. The high-ceiling design doesn’t feel oppressive, and everyone has a spacious workstation.
First interview:
There is a written test followed by an interview. The written test is actually an intelligence test and a perception and preference assessment. After completing it, I wasn’t too nervous about the interview~Next, I interviewed with HR, who asked about my past work experience, strengths and weaknesses, and so on. Just answer honestly.
I passed the first interview and went straight on to a second interview with the supervisor!
Second interview:
The interviewer was Manager Wang. They asked questions based on my past experience, event proposal, and performance analysis. The interviewer seemed very professional and respectful, and I could ask questions directly whenever I had any.
After the interview, they said they would notify me of the result within 1–2 weeks (I received the offer one week after the interview!)
Work / benefits:
After working there, I really liked the company’s management style. There isn’t a pronounced hierarchy, and everyone can communicate with one another about any situation. New employees can adapt quickly, and the workplace atmosphere is very cheerful~The relationships among colleagues are excellent!! There are occasional group meals XD (During the current disease-prevention period, the company even subsidizes food delivery—it’s super cool.)
The company places a lot of importance on its bonus system. The year-end bonus is at least one month’s salary, and the standard bonuses for the three major holidays are also provided~It’s totally fine to take leave to travel.
Overall, as mentioned above, although the work at Senfeng is busy and fast-paced, I also learn very quickly~Sometimes I also support other areas of the business (design, packaging, etc.), so I get to learn about different roles as well!
No advantages
Directly treated as a one-stop solution
Training in emotional intelligence and patience
After staying for a year and graduating, my emotional intelligence and patience reached astronomical levels!
The lady boss
When you’re in a bad mood, you can go downstairs to Starbucks to buy a drink, but be careful not to run into them!
The atmosphere at work is very oppressive—dull, lifeless, and lacking energy—because walls have ears, and someone will eavesdrop on employees’ conversations.
Every day at work, you have to submit two work logs: one before 10 a.m. and another after 6:30 p.m. You must provide a detailed account of your work plan for the day and include the time spent handling each task. The boss’s wife will look for faults in your work logs. If you submit the morning log after 10 a.m., you will receive an email enlarging and bolding the word "REMIND" to remind you not to forget. In addition, you cannot fill it out during working hours; if he sees you doing so, you will receive another aggressive email.... The work log submitted after 6:30 p.m. must also be sent after working hours; otherwise, he will get angry and send another email.
Every day, opening the mailbox and seeing his aggressive emails is truly incredibly stressful........but she never thinks that she puts employees under a tremendous amount of pressure.
Convenient access to the restroom
If you see this many negative reviews about this company and still go to work there, all I can say is that you need more life experience. But if you want to gain experience, don’t do it at a company like this. There is a boss’s wife who goes out of her way to make things difficult for you, and a boss who thinks he is a negotiator but is actually useless. I advise everyone to think twice.
Let’s start with the benefits. They are written up to sound so wonderful and extensive—if they’re really that good, why have all your employees left? The company introduction section doesn’t even provide a phone number. Are you afraid people will find out how bad your reputation is? This is not a new company. The office has only eight seats, yet there are seven job openings posted on the employment website. All the employees currently at this company are newcomers, and the longest anyone has been there is less than a month!!!! On top of that, one of them is an extremely rude salesperson. The benefits mention an employee training subsidy. You might think they will actually give you a subsidy, but let me tell you: they won’t!!!!!! They will only send you a YouTube tutorial video and then tell you it’s very simple. To the boss’s wife: please, people already watch this kind of thing normally, okay? Do you really need to give them a link!!!! In other words, they won’t spend money on your professional development. They are also extremely stingy with raises, while she alone can’t stop buying luxury-brand handbags and branded sneakers she can’t wear enough. As for the claim that there are performance reviews two or three times a year, just take it with a grain of salt. And as for a smooth promotion path—your company can’t even fill all its positions, so how exactly are people supposed to get promoted? Please treat your employees properly. Employees are not hired so that you can mistreat them......
There are three across the street.
One day
You stormed into the office angrily
You angrily stomped over next to me
You angrily questioned whether there was something wrong with what I had handled
I was completely confused
You had given specific instructions
So I had gone over it hundreds of times
I pulled up the evidence to prove that I hadn’t made a mistake
It was only because there had been a problem with your email communication with the customer
You didn’t dare speak with the customer by phone yourself
So you asked me to call the customer to confirm
And it turned out that it was completely unrelated to me
Before confirming anything
You could casually question others
You had made the mistake
Yet you couldn’t even say a word of apology
You only knew how to say thank you for the help
Anyway, you’re used to being impolite
Whoever plans to stay with you forever—good luck to them
Employees have good relationships with one another
Extremely bad! Extremely bad! Extremely bad!
It’s important, so I’ll say it three times.
They really love exploiting employees.
Current employees are expected to pick up and take care of everything left behind by every departing employee, as if collecting scrap metal.
The key point is that even scrap metal can be sold for money.
This company does not believe that the more tasks you do, the more capable you are.
They just say, “You’ll figure it out, right?”
Otherwise, they have the attitude of, “Why did you come to work at my company?”
There is no “I don’t know how to do this” option.
You are expected to figure it out yourself.
They don’t see employees’ strengths.
They always think employees are drawing a salary without doing anything.
I’m truly exhausted and fed up.
Bye-bye.
The company is located next to Sanlih, so celebrities are often around (I can't think of any other advantages...)
Unjustified wage deductions
When an employee was pregnant, the company accused her of underperforming and said it would deduct her pay. The employee stated that she did not accept this, but the company insisted on making the deduction anyway. This violates the Labor Standards Act, but they are not afraid at all! Because as long as no one complains, they think it doesn't matter—after all, they get to profit! It's just like failing to enroll employees in labor insurance on time........
Harmonious relationships among colleagues
“忍一時風平浪靜,退一步海闊天空”---Sorry, this does not apply here.
1. If you endure for a while, things will not become calm; the more you endure, the bigger the storm gets!!
2. The more you back down, the deeper you will fall into the darkness.
---------------------------------Spoiler warning----------------------------------------------
Looking for bloggers to publish posts, following the boss lady’s instructions exactly.
The bloggers had already signed the contracts, written the articles, and taken the photos.
Just because the boss lady kept changing things, causing the event period to run overtime,
she simply threw out one sentence to the employees: “We can’t cooperate this time”? (I’m really left with a giant black-person-head question mark??? / I’m completely baffled???)
This resulted in the bloggers having to bring in their legal counsel before they were willing to face the issue.
Paying the bloggers. <<Isn’t that a bit heartless?>>
Employees’ positions are always vague; everyone is made to do several people’s jobs.
Positions are never fully staffed. Even when they finally are, people leave within less than a month.
Finally, and this is very important—very, very important!!!
I submitted my resignation in advance and requested paid leave in advance, but it was never taken seriously; the boss lady completely ignored it.
During the week before my resignation, the boss lady frantically gave me work (an impossible workload that could not possibly be finished).
On the last day of work, she actually told me that my work was not yet finished !$@#$^$#^$^#$@$
May I ask, is she deliberately making things difficult to stop me from resigning??
She even brought up a so-called legal requirement that all work must be completed and handed over.
Sorry, but the Labor Standards Act does not stipulate this. Besides, there was no one to hand over the work to.
There were only a few employees—who exactly was I supposed to hand it over to???
**** Completely ignored and disregarded before my resignation date.
Only on that day did she start making things difficult for the employee, once again bringing up “pay attention to workplace etiquette.”
Hey, miss!! Why don’t you pay attention to your own personal etiquette first??
XX--Finally escaped
Enjoy the air conditioning.
1. I remember one time I just took a little longer in the restroom, and the boss's wife actually sent me an email warning me to “pay attention to my work attitude.” Okay, so apparently you need permission to use the restroom.
2. I was inexplicably sidelined and inexplicably nagged about all sorts of things! Then I was inexplicably laid off!!! Laid off!!! All my activity proposals were rejected, but a new employee used the same proposal form and got it approved.
3. A new employee left after just one week, and another who had been there for less than three months also left.
4. Apart from the employee with five years of experience in business management, everyone else at the company has only been there for a little over a year! The key point is that they're all about to leave. Currently, the person with the longest tenure at this company has probably been there for less than three months.
5. Oh, right! I heard employees receive a diamond ring after five years, but I never received one.
There is an elevator you can take to get to work.
1. The space is very small, and some employees have to work facing the wall. It feels a lot like an internet café.
2. I don't understand why, when a position already exists, the company still interviews employees for the same position. Does that mean they think someone can be replaced at any time?
3. They promise employees the moon, but often fail to deliver on what they say.
4. It is a husband-and-wife company. The boss often says something is okay, while the boss's wife says it is not, and the two of them argue back and forth. Could you please have your fight at home and decide things before coming to work? Don't argue at the company and affect employees' moods.
5. While I was employed, the company did not insure employees on time, which affected employees' rights and interests. After I raised the issue, I was treated as a bad employee and became a thorn in the boss's wife's side.
6. Employees are told that they can raise any problems, but when they do, they are often treated as if they were invisible and receive no response.
7. The supervisors do not plan their work. Every time, they wait until everything is on fire and then drag employees into the mess.
8. I often heard vendors complain that certain fees had not been paid. Not long after joining, I began to worry about whether the company would delay our salaries.
9. According to the company regulations, typhoon days are unpaid.
10. Employees can purchase products at a discount, but products bought through online promotions are even cheaper than the employee discount.
Unlimited music listening at work
The company can no longer simply say it will improve and then improve. The best way to improve would be for you, boss, to get a new wife.
Turnover has been increasing as your wife gets older.
In recent years, the names of departing employees could be listed from A to Z, even though the company only has seven people, who are constantly being replaced!
You can listen to music at work
I know admitting mistakes is difficult, but as a supervisor, the boss’s wife who manages everything, and a company decision-maker, being unable to admit mistakes, pretending nothing happened instead of reviewing what went wrong, and making employees face, handle, and take the blame for the situation is unacceptable. After employees are scolded, report the issue, and suffer grievances, there is still no reflection on why this happened. On the contrary, it is even brought up and bragged about to vendors. I really cannot understand what this company is doing. These are not the only bizarre things that can happen at this company. If you want to find out what even more amazing things happen, you can come and try it yourself.
Lunch is subsidized, and it’s very close to RT-Mart.
The office environment is quite small.
Some people even sit at desks next to the aisle.
May I ask, is it because there isn’t enough space? That’s why they have to sit on the side???*
Fans of Final Destination are welcome to give it a try,
Employee benefit 1 ???→ Includes a “Death Roulette,”
which determines whether employees stay or are eliminated according to their preferences.
Employee benefit 2 ???→ “Cardio Shock—the Hell Edition Training,”
with the beginner level taking 3 months, enabling you to face and observe all kinds of human preferences,
the intermediate level taking 6 months, making negative energy and high-pressure eye-rolls as easy as a piece of cake (a piece of shit),
and the advanced level taking 12 months, allowing you to ascend to immortality, remain unstained despite emerging from the mud, and stay pure despite being surrounded by corruption.
Fans of compliments are welcome to give it a try,
e.g.: “Your butt is so perky,” “I love your nail polish—it looks so good” (touches hand)
Those who like being pregnant, please do not apply; this is the “Pregnant Woman Terminator
,” and applying for parental leave will significantly reduce your year-end bonus.
Those who worship high salaries, please do not apply. The “Salary-Sucking Soul-Draining” technique will be used—even if a high salary is discussed during the interview,
in addition to your mental energy being gradually depleted over time, your salary may also be partially reduced.
If the above describes you, welcome to join <3
Lunch subsidy
Overall, the biggest drawback is that the manager refuses to delegate anything and does not lead with empathy; none of the employees like her.
Whenever she sees someone she dislikes, she finds a way to get rid of them—making petty reports to drive them out.
Many strange things can broaden your horizons.
Everyone, if you have worked at this company or have already joined, you’d better check whether the company enrolls employees in labor and health insurance on their first day of work and makes labor pension contributions on time....... Quite a few employees have had their insurance enrollment delayed. Also! While employed, you must not ask the couple about this matter, or you will be put on a blacklist.
I agree with the statement above: they delay responding or simply pretend not to see your messages, then blame employees for lacking progress or performance and demand performance reviews.
Overall, what do you think of this job: A truly awful company (Why isn’t there a button for this~~~)
