If you see this many negative reviews about this company and still go to work there, all I can say is that you need more life experience. But if you want to gain experience, don’t do it at a company like this. There is a boss’s wife who goes out of her way to make things difficult for you, and a boss who thinks he is a negotiator but is actually useless. I advise everyone to think twice.

Let’s start with the benefits. They are written up to sound so wonderful and extensive—if they’re really that good, why have all your employees left? The company introduction section doesn’t even provide a phone number. Are you afraid people will find out how bad your reputation is? This is not a new company. The office has only eight seats, yet there are seven job openings posted on the employment website. All the employees currently at this company are newcomers, and the longest anyone has been there is less than a month!!!! On top of that, one of them is an extremely rude salesperson. The benefits mention an employee training subsidy. You might think they will actually give you a subsidy, but let me tell you: they won’t!!!!!! They will only send you a YouTube tutorial video and then tell you it’s very simple. To the boss’s wife: please, people already watch this kind of thing normally, okay? Do you really need to give them a link!!!! In other words, they won’t spend money on your professional development. They are also extremely stingy with raises, while she alone can’t stop buying luxury-brand handbags and branded sneakers she can’t wear enough. As for the claim that there are performance reviews two or three times a year, just take it with a grain of salt. And as for a smooth promotion path—your company can’t even fill all its positions, so how exactly are people supposed to get promoted? Please treat your employees properly.
