Employees have good relationships with one another
Extremely bad! Extremely bad! Extremely bad!
It’s important, so I’ll say it three times.
They really love exploiting employees.
Current employees are expected to pick up and take care of everything left behind by every departing employee, as if collecting scrap metal.
The key point is that even scrap metal can be sold for money.
This company does not believe that the more tasks you do, the more capable you are.
They just say, “You’ll figure it out, right?”
Otherwise, they have the attitude of, “Why did you come to work at my company?”
There is no “I don’t know how to do this” option.
You are expected to figure it out yourself.
They don’t see employees’ strengths.
They always think employees are drawing a salary without doing anything.
I’m truly exhausted and fed up.
