I know admitting mistakes is difficult, but as a supervisor, the boss’s wife who manages everything, and a company decision-maker, being unable to admit mistakes, pretending nothing happened instead of reviewing what went wrong, and making employees face, handle, and take the blame for the situation is unacceptable. After employees are scolded, report the issue, and suffer grievances, there is still no reflection on why this happened. On the contrary, it is even brought up and bragged about to vendors. I really cannot understand what this company is doing. These are not the only bizarre things that can happen at this company.
