Pros

Some employees are fairly easy to get along with

Cons

Very few people have stayed at the company for a long time, and the turnover itself is not particularly high.

At first, I applied for an interview because I was moving north for work. During the interview, the owner did indeed talk about many plans.

I applied for a production control position. The interviewer, who was the owner himself, said that production control was currently being temporarily handled by his assistant. I thought, “Okay.”

So I was hired and came to work without giving it much thought.

Only recently did I learn that the person temporarily handling the production control position had absolutely no production control experience. But that was not a problem in itself.

I approached it with the attitude that changing jobs meant learning as a newcomer, and learned alongside her.

After a week, I felt that I was learning things in a completely disorganized way every day.

The inexperienced production control staff member was also extremely disorganized while working.

There was absolutely no SOP, yet she seemed to turn around and blame me for not learning things properly.

Every day, I was just left completely baffled????

I generally do not criticize whether a company is good or bad.

But the longer I stayed at this company, the stranger it felt.

I have six years of experience in production control. I would not dare say how capable I am,

but at least at my previous company, the owner, supervisors, and customers all recognized my abilities.

After joining this company, however, I even began to wonder whether there was something wrong with my abilities??

I offered suggestions about the production control procedures, but the owner actually said that my ideas were problematic.

After asking people internally, I learned that the original female production control employee had, for reasons I do not know,

been transferred to a completely unrelated area to work.

But regarding the female production control employee who was transferred,

I privately asked several people internally who had worked with her,

and everyone had a very good opinion of her. At the very least, they all said that the internal procedures had run very smoothly during her tenure.

They replaced her with someone who had absolutely no experience and had come from Malaysia to work here.

After she temporarily took over the position, every department became a complete mess.

During this process, I was also given dirty looks by the Malaysian woman temporarily handling production control.

The whole situation felt utterly ridiculous.

So I chose to resign.

After looking at this company’s reviews, I finally realized that I was not the one with the problem.

Pros

1. Unlimited internal calls; if you run out of things to say, you can download a chat app and keep chatting.

2. People the boss likes have absolute privileges (beauty).

3. There are more surveillance cameras than employees.

4. Multinational corporation

Cons

The surveillance cameras have blind spots

Pros

There is coffee at the reception desk, and drinks are available for you to take freely.

Cons

You must turn off your phone at work; phone use is strictly prohibited. There is no public-address system, so if you need to find someone, you can look for them through the surveillance system. Parking spaces for cars cost $500 to rent, and motorcycle spaces cost $150. They are very insistent that the commute from your home to the company must not be too long. As for the year-end bonus, they only said there is one but did not dare say how much. They also did not mention the salary. The application form even asks for your height, weight, and national ID number; if you leave them blank, they ask why you did not fill them in (it’s not like you’re applying to be a model).

1. The boss has the attitude of someone who believes that anyone criticizing the merchandise is actually interested in buying it.

2. The boss thinks they know everything.

3. Has absolutely no respect for professional expertise.

4. Asks about your family background and launches personal attacks.

Pros

No advantages

Cons

Terrible. During the interview, they made the job sound very appealing, describing it as a receptionist/switchboard operator position. There is a reason they are hiring two people: it is basically an office junior position. You also have to make coffee, learn latte art, remember everyone's coffee preferences and cups, add more milk or coffee as requested, and deliver it downstairs to them. Are you kidding? I didn't apply to work at Starbucks. You also have to help microwave lunch boxes and make sure there is plenty of space for each department's lunch boxes, without mixing up the lids. It's ridiculous—there are so many tasks, yet the pay is pitifully low. I feel deceived.

Pros

The work environment is pretty good.

Cons

I initially joined as an ordinary production worker, but left after less than a year at the company. I guess leaving early was a relief.

At first, I was assigned to the assembly plant on the sixth floor. The male supervisor in charge of that floor had very volatile emotions and a bad temper. Whenever I asked him about something I didn’t understand, not once did he respond in a pleasant tone. Sometimes he would even swear at me. I began to wonder whether I had come here to work or to be yelled at. If I had stayed any longer, I might have developed depression myself.

Later, I was transferred to the fourth floor. The male supervisor there was more patient and would teach people when they didn’t understand something, so the work atmosphere felt much better. However, there was too much overtime, and it became physically exhausting. You can’t have everything—so in the end, I still left.

All I can say is that this job was exhausting both physically and mentally. I only felt free after leaving!

Pros

There aren't really any pros—just the grievance of constantly being chased by customers about orders.

Cons

The shipping quality is truly terrible. Even after repeatedly issuing customer complaint reports, there has been no improvement. The assembly plant supervisors keep shifting the blame. Failing to deliver on time would be bad enough, but there are also endless excuses and reasons.

How many salespeople have resigned after the plant relocation because the quality of assembly and delivery was simply indescribable?

Pros

Other than being able to freely drink coffee and matcha beverages, there are no other benefits!!!!!

Cons

1. The work atmosphere is gloomy, and there is no warmth between colleagues—only sarcasm, flattery, and passive-aggressive behavior (toward certain people).

2. There is no supervisor system and no SOP. Regardless of the unit or department, once senior employees have explained something, you are left to fend for yourself afterward. If you ask further questions, they become impatient and roll their eyes. They are extremely unfriendly toward newcomers (certain specific people!!!!!!). In addition, even if something is not your fault, as long as you are even slightly involved, those who were merely mediators will become the ones held responsible.

3. The turnover rate among business staff is high, resulting in gaps in follow-up work and causing difficulties and vicious cycles in certain positions. It is not only that business staff turnover is high; the vacancies posted for the company on one particular recruitment platform are all...

4. This corresponds to point 2: because there is no supervisor system and this is a new plant completed only this year, while the system still has deficiencies, the senior employees have increasingly overstepped their authority. The risks for newcomers who have just joined the company are very high.

5. If you want to stay for the long term and seek stability, first consider whether you have what it takes to go up against those senior employees. You are welcome to come and try. In any case, this is not exactly a happy company; otherwise, do not waste your time coming here.

Pros

The company's products still have strong market value. For fresh graduates, it's a place to learn to endure hardship and see reality clearly.

Cons

This was my first job after graduation. I started at the company as a junior sales assistant, thinking I could gradually accumulate experience. However, I don't know whether the company's culture is specifically to bully newcomers. When a more experienced sales assistant follows up on an order involving the same issue, they get an answer immediately; when a newcomer does it, they face all kinds of difficulties. In particular, I often had to coordinate orders with the supervisor of the assembly unit on the fifth floor, and was repeatedly treated in a very impatient tone. When there was a customer complaint, I asked the assembly supervisor to propose corrective measures, but was simply told to go find the Vietnamese employee who had handled the work at the time. The reason was utterly baffling: because she assembled the product, why should she bear responsibility? But aren't you our point of contact in sales assistance? Does that mean that whenever there is a customer complaint, we are supposed to deal directly with the Vietnamese employee?

It feels like the company's internal management lacks planning, and the allocation of responsibilities is extremely chaotic. No wonder the company's turnover rate is so high—it's impossible to retain talent!

Pros

Drinks are available for you to have, but they are all sugar-free.

There is coffee and matcha.

Cons

I work as the receptionist and switchboard operator. Besides handling calls and receiving customers and vendors—the usual receptionist and switchboard duties—I also have to make coffee for colleagues and microwave their lunch boxes.

The boss is very strange. He speaks without thinking and thinks he is very capable, smart, and perceptive. He makes sexually suggestive jokes to me, a new receptionist. When the boss is there, the workload is so overwhelming that it feels like it will explode: lots of vendors and clients come looking for him, there is a large amount of coffee and matcha to prepare, and there are also takeaway orders. They call this a reception desk, but it is actually more like a small convenience store, and you also need to know how to do latte art.

The main point: work starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m.

You still cannot clock out punctually at 5:30, because the boss will think you have been waiting to leave early. He may even check your attendance records. If you clock out on time too often, you will not be considered for a raise.

The reception position is relatively better. The sales, administration, and R&D departments work overtime without overtime pay. They may receive larger year-end bonuses, but the extra amount is essentially overtime pay. Many people hold at least two positions concurrently.

If you just want to find a source of income for now, you could consider this place.

But if you have ambition and want to develop your career properly, don’t come here. Seriously.

Pros

After the interview, I couldn't think of any advantages. It's a company I wouldn't want to work for.

Cons

What's with not being allowed to use mobile phones? That's outrageous. How can the people working there actually accept it? What era are they living in?

If people in marketing and design can't go online to look for information, how are they supposed to keep up with the times and stay current? My conclusion after the interview was that this is an uninnovative, old-fashioned, inhumane, lifeless company.

The HR representative seemed very supportive of the company and spoke very convincingly. I could only feel incredulous and impressed. The department manager who conducted the interview also seemed very inexperienced—more nervous than I was—and had nothing substantive to say.

Pros

People who are just entering the workforce can indeed learn a lot.

Cons

Personally, I think the company's products are very good, but there is no management system whatsoever.

People at the company bully the weak and fear the strong; every day, the same scenario of senior employees bullying newcomers plays out. In fact, many people leave not because the work is bad, but because the company culture is poor.

Pros

1. The office has air conditioning (so it doesn't get hot in summer)

2. There are more surveillance cameras than people (so there's no need to worry about things being stolen)

Cons

Before joining, I saw overwhelmingly negative reviews online and thought I could overcome the issues, but it really turned out to be...

1. No management system (meaning there is only a distinction between senior and new employees):

When a new employee joins, a senior employee teaches them once, followed by, “Come ask me if you have any questions.” After that, you are left to survive on your own. When you encounter something you don't know or are unsure about and go ask, all you get is, “I already told you. Just look at how the people before you did it and do it the same way” (all the materials are kept on file). But after following the old templates and finishing the work, you get scolded for doing it wrong...

2. Slave-like responsibility-based system (no extra pay for overtime, but if you don't work overtime, you can expect to lose your pay)

The company treats employees as if it were an all-you-can-eat buffet. Working hours are 8:30–17:30, but more than half of the people at the company don't leave until after 7 p.m. Not working overtime = not being serious. If you don't stay that late every day, you will gradually be blacklisted (just like me: at first, I went along with everyone else and stayed until 7 p.m. even when there was nothing to do. Later, I thought I would leave earlier once I finished my work, and then I was laid off for “not fitting in with the company culture”...).

3. Old-fashioned thinking cannot retain young people (the general age range is 30–60)

After taking a close look at the entire company, you can count the employees under 30 on one hand. New hires earn 26–28k, but after calculating the actual working hours, you find that the hourly wage is even less than 160. It's very disheartening.

4. The company views coworkers as people who work together, not as partners

Since mobile phones are completely prohibited during working hours, and anyone who dares to chat during work can expect to be chewed out, everyone generally works separately and barely interacts. This depends on each person's perspective. Some people like having coworkers at work who are strangers once the workday ends, but personally, I prefer a relationship where the team moves forward toward a common goal and can also be good friends after work.

Suggestion: If you are willing to work about two hours of overtime every day (without extra pay) and have a strong desire for challenges, you can give it a try. If you disagree with companies forcing employees to stay under the pretext of a responsibility-based system and evaluating employees based on the length of their working hours, you should think twice.

No comment. The coffee is good, and the matcha is good too—drink until the company falls over.

Cons

1. The boss has quite a lot of shortcomings.

2. Clock-in system at work, with a one-minute grace period??? It’s basically the same as having no grace period at all.

3. Doesn’t let people take annual leave for six months ((seems to violate the Labor Standards Act)).

4. Going to the bathroom (for a bowel movement) and being away for five minutes gets you complained about.

5. Only gives a tiny pay raise.

6. If you don’t do what the boss wants, they may launch personal attacks.

The salary is very low; find your own ways to increase income and cut expenses.

Cons

1. The boss is unwilling to communicate and believes that communication means being disobedient; they are too self-important.

2. The boss likes people to work overtime but does not pay overtime wages.

3. As long as the boss is unhappy, they may dismiss people at any time.

4. Every department is staffed with newcomers, and they do not stay long either (they resign or are dismissed).

5. There are surveillance cameras everywhere in the company. They say it is for the convenience of finding people, but it is obvious that this cannot be the real reason.

6. There is no training.

7. Using a mobile phone at work will get you blacklisted; it must be set to silent mode.

8. You must obey and cannot have your own opinions, or you will definitely be blacklisted.

Pros

1. Probably only the coffee is really good.

2. The work allows you to learn a lot .... You can experience what it feels like to have one person do the work of four.

Cons

1. When I first joined... I applied for an electronics factory maintenance position, and I asked the boss whether there would be overtime every day. The boss told me no, but after I started, there was overtime every day.... Almost, anyway ==

2. Everything the boss says is the opposite of what he means. When he says there is no need to work overtime, he is actually testing whether you will work overtime on your own and whether you have ambition... A senior colleague told me that a maintenance technician had joined previously and took two days off per week during the first month just to study for a driver's license. As a result, he unexpectedly received a “we'll contact you if there's an opportunity” message.... At that point, I felt it was extremely dark.. I had no choice but to grit my teeth and work overtime at least three days a week, or I wouldn't even know how I would be forced out.

3. I could feel the disharmony between departments as soon as I joined! They were already in an adversarial state... All I can say is that every department has its own strengths; the problem is the people. It got to the point where I could only communicate with my own department and didn't dare interact with other departments.

4. The work was complicated, and I had to handle all four production stages myself. On top of that, the technical staff refused to cooperate with overtime, which was extremely disrespectful to the senior engineers and me. They were even more abusive toward foreign employees, constantly swearing and making personal attacks. Foreign employees complained to us every day. Even after the issue was reported to management, they were unwilling to deal with it and only randomly reassigned people.

5. The production control staff at the assembly plant liked to keep urging everyone to work faster, completely ignoring that there was only one person covering the department!! Then, whenever a newcomer arrived, she was afraid that someone would learn the job and replace her position. Sometimes the production line would even stop~ Ridiculous.

6. The company had a high turnover rate among new employees, with around 5–8 people leaving every month..... Even the new plant manager who joined previously was driven away. The issue of people scheming against one another was severe, and no one could trust each other.

7. The boss focused on the person rather than the issue. He would definitely support people he liked.... What was even more outrageous was that he would discuss things only with other departments and change all of the original department's procedures, causing items to be scheduled for production but unable to be produced, delaying products. I can only say that you have to deal with the consequences of your own actions~

8. The working hours were long~ Work started at 8:30 a.m. and ended at 9:00 p.m., which had long violated the Labor Standards Act. The company had many problems, and I couldn't think of any advantages....

Now I work at a large company, happily leaving work on time every day. Even when I work overtime, it's at most until 7:30 p.m., and there's also a free boxed meal~

I remind job applicants to take a careful look before applying.
