1. The boss is unwilling to communicate and believes that communication means being disobedient; they are too self-important.
2. The boss likes people to work overtime but does not pay overtime wages.
3. As long as the boss is unhappy, they may dismiss people at any time.
4. Every department is staffed with newcomers, and they do not stay long either (they resign or are dismissed).
5. There are surveillance cameras everywhere in the company. They say it is for the convenience of finding people, but it is obvious that this cannot be the real reason.
