The work environment is pretty good.
I initially joined as an ordinary production worker, but left after less than a year at the company. I guess leaving early was a relief.
At first, I was assigned to the assembly plant on the sixth floor. The male supervisor in charge of that floor had very volatile emotions and a bad temper. Whenever I asked him about something I didn’t understand, not once did he respond in a pleasant tone. Sometimes he would even swear at me. I began to wonder whether I had come here to work or to be yelled at. If I had stayed any longer, I might have developed depression myself.
Later, I was transferred to the fourth floor. The male supervisor there was more patient and would teach people when they didn’t understand something, so the work atmosphere felt much better. However, there was too much overtime, and it became physically exhausting. You can’t have everything—so in the end, I still left.
All I can say is that this job was exhausting both physically and mentally. I only felt free after leaving!
