Work environment: A small company occupying one floor within a mixed-use office and industrial complex. There is one warehouse, with a small office opposite it. The total number of employees is relatively small, approximately 20–30 people (mostly production-line staff; there are no HR or MIS departments). Lunch consists of ordered boxed meals. Working hours are 08:30–17:30; break time is 12:00–13:00. After 17:30, almost everyone turns off the lights and leaves work.
Benefits: The information listed on 104 is provided for reference only; there is only a basic monthly salary (paydays are somewhat irregular, so please take this into consideration if that does not bother you).
Clocking in and out: A traditional punch clock is used.
Work atmosphere: Poor. In the office area, an employee often complains loudly about various departments and shouts loudly, which affects the atmosphere. There are approximately 6–7 people in the office-based departments; the rest are production-line employees.

Poorly managed. Is it possible to scrap this company and start over? The boss has no idea how to manage, hires outsiders to manage, and then makes the entire production process chaotic, resulting in work being redone repeatedly. Even basic warehouse material preparation is problematic, so the production floor can run out of materials and have nothing to make. Even the most basic salary has to be recalculated every month to find out whether the company has calculated the pay correctly. A woman whose name starts with A only talks on the production floor and constantly stares at the line workers. In summary, this company has no systems whatsoever. New Year’s wages are even paid after the holiday. There is no year-end bonus or any benefits, not even a start-of-work red envelope.

The boss is very stingy, so don't expect bonuses or year-end bonuses. Work assignments are chaotic (e.g., engineers are made to handle procurement tasks).
You are given all kinds of inexplicable ad hoc tasks. Even when a bunch of orders are randomly inserted into your workload, the delivery deadline is still compressed to an impossible timeframe.
They often forget the decisions they made in meetings and instead blame the people responsible for carrying them out.
People come and go at the company, leaving major gaps in handovers. You often can't find the information and end up going around in circles.

The company is a complete mess. HR and administration hires you and then tells you to handle finance; people hired as assistant sales staff are told to do production control; and production control assistants are told to handle materials management as well as MIS. The finance supervisor, second only to the boss, drove away all the veteran employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When new employees join, they are told that they will be sent to training and that it is okay if they do not know how to do something, but then nothing ever comes of it. Whenever something goes wrong, they tell the boss that the new employee is incompetent and that the feng shui is bad....... The MIS staff member, who also raises fish and makes deliveries, is even required to help the finance department key in forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. I worked here for less than a year and a half, and everyone in the administrative office who had more seniority than me has left. The atmosphere at work is extremely unpleasant, and every week someone joins and then leaves.
