The company is a complete mess. People hired for HR and administration are told to do finance; applicants hired as administrative assistants are told to handle production management; and production management assistants are told to handle materials management as well as MIS. The finance manager, second only to the boss, drove away all the long-serving employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When newcomers join, they are told that they will be sent to training and that it is fine if they do not know how to do the work, but then there is never any follow-up. Whenever something goes wrong, they tell the boss that the newcomers are incompetent and that the feng shui is bad....... The MIS employee, who also raises fish and makes deliveries, is even required to help the finance department key in forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. In the less than a year and a half I worked here, everyone in the administrative office who had more seniority than me resigned. The atmosphere at work is extremely poor, and someone joins and leaves every week.
