The company is a complete mess. HR and administration hires you to do finance; administrative assistants are hired to do production control; and production-control assistants are hired to handle materials management as well as MIS. The finance supervisor, second only to the boss, drove away all the long-term employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When new employees join, they are told they will be sent to training and that it is okay if they do not know how to do something, but nothing ever comes of it. Then, whenever something goes wrong, the supervisor tells the boss that the new employee is incompetent and blames bad feng shui....... The MIS employee, who also raises fish, and the delivery driver are even required to help the finance department key in forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. In the less than a year and a half I worked here, everyone in the administrative office who had more seniority than me resigned. The atmosphere at work is terrible; every week, people join and then leave.
