The company is a complete mess. HR and administration hires are told to do finance work; administrative assistant applicants are hired and told to do production control; production control assistants are hired and told to handle materials management as well as MIS. The finance supervisor, second only to the boss, drove away all the veteran employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When newcomers join, they are told they will be sent to training and that it is okay if they do not know how, but then there is never any follow-up. Whenever something goes wrong, they tell the boss that the newcomers are incompetent and that the feng shui is bad....... The MIS staff, who also raise fish and make deliveries, are even required to help the finance department key in forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. In the less than a year and a half I worked here, everyone in the administrative office who was more senior than me resigned. The atmosphere at work is terrible, and every week someone joins and someone else resigns.
