The company is a complete mess. People hired for HR and administration are told to do finance; applicants hired as administrative assistants are told to handle production control; and production control assistants are told to handle materials management as well as MIS. The head of finance, who is second only to the boss, drove away all the longtime employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When new employees join, they are told they will be sent to training and that it is okay if they do not know how to do the work, but then nothing ever happens. Whenever something goes wrong, they tell the boss that the new employee is incompetent and that the feng shui is bad....... The MIS employee, who also raises fish and makes deliveries, is even required to help the finance department enter data into forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. In the less than a year and a half I worked here, everyone in the administrative office who had more seniority than me resigned. The atmosphere at work is extremely bad, and every week someone joins and someone else resigns.
