The company is a complete mess. People hired for HR and administration are told to do finance; people hired as administrative assistants are told to do production control; and people hired as production control assistants are told to handle materials management as well as MIS. The finance manager, second only to the boss, drove away all the long-term employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When new employees join, they are told they will be sent to training and that it is okay if they do not know how to do things, but there is never any follow-up. Then, whenever something goes wrong, the manager tells the boss that the new employee lacks ability and that the feng shui is bad....... The MIS employee, who also raises fish and makes deliveries, is even required to help the finance department key in forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. In the less than a year and a half I worked here, everyone in the administrative office who had more seniority than me resigned. The atmosphere at work is terrible; every week, someone joins and someone else resigns.
