The boss has no idea how to manage, hires outsiders to manage, and then makes the entire production process chaotic, resulting in work being redone repeatedly. Even basic warehouse material preparation is problematic, so the production floor can run out of materials and have nothing to make. Even the most basic salary has to be recalculated every month to find out whether the company has calculated the pay correctly.
