The company is a complete mess. People hired for personnel administration are told to do finance; people hired as administrative assistants are told to handle production management; and production management assistants are told to handle materials management as well as MIS. The head of finance, second only to the boss, drove away all the long-term employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When newcomers join, they are told they will be sent to training and that it is okay if they do not know how to do something, but then nothing ever comes of it. Whenever something goes wrong, they tell the boss that the newcomer is incompetent and that the feng shui is bad....... The MIS employee, who also raises fish and makes deliveries, is even required to help the finance department enter data into forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. In the less than a year and a half I stayed here, everyone in the administrative office who had more seniority than me resigned. The work atmosphere is terrible, and someone joins and then leaves every single week.
