The company is a complete mess. People hired for HR and administration are told to do finance; people hired as administrative assistants are told to handle production control; and production control assistants are told to handle materials management as well as MIS. The finance manager, second only to the owner, drove away all the long-serving employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When newcomers join, they are told they will be sent to training and that it is fine if they do not know how to do the work, but nothing ever comes of it. Then, whenever something goes wrong, they tell the boss that the newcomer is incompetent and that the feng shui is bad....... The MIS staff member who also raises fish and makes deliveries is even required to key forms for the finance department. The owner never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. I worked here for less than a year and a half, and everyone in the administrative office who had more seniority than me has resigned. The atmosphere at work is extremely bad; every week, someone joins and someone else resigns.

The MIS employee, who also raises fish and makes deliveries, is even required to help the finance department enter data into forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. In the less than a year and a half I stayed here, everyone in the administrative office who had more seniority than me resigned. The work atmosphere is terrible, and someone joins and then leaves every single week.
