Pros

1. The company is next to Global Mall in Zhonghe, and Zhonghe has other good food as well. Aside from that, there really aren't any advantages to speak of.

2. The work environment is quiet.

3. Lunch is subsidized at noon (but lunch is either fake pork ribs or minced pork in a Thai basil dish—not chicken legs every day).

Cons

1. What era are we living in? There is no refrigerator or microwave.

2. Even the water dispenser is an off-brand one.

3. Every floor has someone with connections, and they receive better treatment than ordinary employees. For example, a relative's monitor is an AOC, while regular employees get off-brand monitors.

4. There is overtime pay, but 17:30–18:00 is mealtime, right?!

5. The tasks are miscellaneous and numerous, and those with connections usually dump their work on you.

6. The salary is not commensurate with the job responsibilities.

7. The HR gentleman has a poor attitude. When asked whether there were parking spaces for cars, he replied:

Only managers and above have them.

8. You may not even receive an annual bonus.

9. There are absolutely no benefits to speak of.

10. Next to the time clock on the first floor, there is a note saying: “After clocking in, you may not go out to buy breakfast.” Buying breakfast takes only three minutes—is it really necessary to quibble over it this much? The period from 17:30 to 18:00 does not count as overtime, and employees have to eat, yet you still force them to stay. Employees work hard overtime, and you insist on counting even three minutes so precisely. No wonder this kind of company is short-staffed all the time and does poor business.

The work in the Sales Department on the 5th floor is easy, and there is afternoon tea occasionally. The office is quiet, the atmosphere among colleagues is very good, and it is easy to request leave. Mothers can also apply to work from home to take care of their children. Once a year, there is a sample clearance sale, and everything is free, so you can use it to build goodwill.

Cons

1. If the order volume is truly insufficient, the company will lay off employees, but it will also provide severance pay in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.

2. It is a family business; even distant relatives will not be laid off, so it is very stable.

Actually, the company owner and managers are very kind; they are simply helpless when the volume of business decreases.

The only happy thing was that it was my turn to interview the HR/recruiter. They did not explain the job responsibilities clearly. It felt like they were just looking for a scapegoat to take over the position. Do not go. Especially if you are a recent graduate, do not be deceived.

Cons

The interview process at this company was very rough.

1. HR was not even willing to call you. (They only wanted to use the built-in messaging on 104 and were not even willing to leave the company's contact number on the 104 website.) 2. The interview reception needs improvement: when I arrived, no one came to receive me.

3. They had not reviewed the résumé in advance and only printed it when I arrived. 4. Throughout the interview, they kept trying to brainwash you, saying how good and easy the job was. (Without a doubt, they were looking for a scapegoat.) 5. The interview form actually asked you to write: 1. The contact information of your previous supervisor. 2. Whether you have a disability certificate. 3. Whether all four limbs are intact. 4. Whether you are pregnant. 5. Whether you have a girlfriend. 6. Whether you have a criminal record.

6. They did not ask questions based on your professional expertise; it felt more like a background investigation. They asked about your family situation, how many children are in your family, your height and weight, what your family does for a living, and your family's financial situation.

7. They were not even willing to give you a business card during the interview.

Overtime pay is not paid in full. Labor insurance wages are underreported.

An employee reported the company, and it ultimately settled the matter by paying the Labor Bureau.
