The only happy thing was that it was my turn to interview the HR/recruiter. They did not explain the job responsibilities clearly. It felt like they were just looking for a scapegoat to take over the position. Do not go. Especially if you are a recent graduate, do not be deceived.
The interview process at this company was very rough.
1. HR was not even willing to call you. (They only wanted to use the built-in messaging on 104 and were not even willing to leave the company's contact number on the 104 website.) 2. The interview reception needs improvement: when I arrived, no one came to receive me.
3. They had not reviewed the résumé in advance and only printed it when I arrived. 4. Throughout the interview, they kept trying to brainwash you, saying how good and easy the job was. (Without a doubt, they were looking for a scapegoat.) 5. The interview form actually asked you to write: 1. The contact information of your previous supervisor. 2. Whether you have a disability certificate. 3. Whether all four limbs are intact. 4. Whether you are pregnant. 5. Whether you have a girlfriend. 6. Whether you have a criminal record.
6. They did not ask questions based on your professional expertise; it felt more like a background investigation. They asked about your family situation, how many children are in your family, your height and weight, what your family does for a living, and your family's financial situation.
7. They were not even willing to give you a business card during the interview.
