1. The company is next to Global Mall in Zhonghe, and Zhonghe also has other good food. Other than that, there really aren't many advantages to speak of.
2. The work environment is quiet.
3. Lunch is subsidized at noon (but lunch is either fake meat in spare-rib meals or minced pork in basil pork; it's not chicken legs every day).
1. What era is this? There is still no refrigerator or microwave.
2. Even the water dispenser is an off-brand one.
3. Every floor has relatives of the higher-ups, and they receive better treatment than regular employees. For example, a distant relative's monitor is an AOC, while ordinary staff get off-brand monitors.
4. There is overtime pay, but 17:30–18:00 is mealtime, right?
5. The work is miscellaneous and there is a lot of it. The relatives of the higher-ups will usually dump their work on you.
6. The salary is not proportional to the job responsibilities.
7. The HR gentleman has a poor attitude. When asked whether there were parking spaces for cars, he replied: “Only managers and above have them.”
8. You may not even get a year-end bonus.
9. There are absolutely no benefits to speak of.
10. Next to the time clock on the first floor, there is a note saying: “After clocking in, you cannot go back out to buy breakfast.” Buying breakfast takes only three minutes—is it really necessary to be so petty about it? The period from 17:30–18:00 does not count as overtime, and employees have to eat, yet you still force them to stay. Employees work hard and put in overtime, but you have to account so precisely even for three minutes. No wonder this kind of company is short-staffed all the time and business is poor.
