Why, if what you’re saying is true, do you need to remain anonymous?

Why, if what you’re saying is true, do you need to remain anonymous? Why, if what you’re saying is true, do you need to remain anonymous?

Why, if what you’re saying is true, do you need to remain anonymous?

Why, if what you’re saying is true, do you need to remain anonymous?

Why, if what you’re saying is true, do you need to remain anonymous?

People who anonymously slander others will really go to hell. Is it that difficult to tell the truth?

The boss is clearly very good to everyone. Even when I first joined the company and there were many things I didn’t know how to do, everyone patiently waited and taught me.

Regardless of whether the boss is involved with organized crime, at least they have never shortchanged anyone’s pay. I personally witnessed a truly idiotic engineer who should have been fired long ago, but the boss still gave him chance after chance and kept him for another six months. We all thought he should have been fired long ago!

Everyone knows who got hired by bluffing their way through the interview despite lacking the ability. When it was eventually discovered that they were nowhere near as capable as they had seemed in the interview, why couldn’t the boss fire them?

Are people nowadays really this fragile? Instead of anonymously slandering this company, why not work hard and improve yourselves?

These anonymous people are the ones who are really involved with organized crime!

Only people with too much free time and personality problems need to anonymously spout nonsense after being fired.

I’m not anonymous because everything I’ve said is true!!!!!!

Cons

To be fair, the previous supervisors really lacked both accountability and ability......

But after going through a complete changeover, the current ones are genuinely much stronger!

Pros

1. Relatively free, with flexible working hours

2. Salaries for most positions are generally somewhat higher than elsewhere

Cons

1. Ideals are very full, but reality is very harsh; they make grand promises during interviews

2. Once you are willing to endure hardship, you will have endless hardship to endure; once you start eating empty promises, prepare to have an endless supply of them

3. Promotions are never for you, but you are always there to be scolded. Never think that your hard work will be noticed—you will only be picked on

4. Some people bully the weak and fear the strong. Although companies elsewhere may have similar problems, it is especially obvious here

5. Meetings after work every week are routine. You must not ask for overtime pay; otherwise, you are considered not to understand the rules of society and the workplace

6. Meetings never reach a conclusion. Whenever performance is poor, they hold meetings, yet the same problems are never improved

7. Constantly changing directives from above: you have to do whatever you are ordered to do. Plans can never keep up with changes, and even things completed with tremendous effort may be abandoned at any time

8. They do not respect expertise, put the right people in the wrong positions, and then drive out capable employees. The survival of the unfit and elimination of the competent is commonplace

9. They do not distinguish between public and private matters, treating employees and subordinates as private secretaries to handle personal affairs

10. There is no respect for the spirit of contracts; things mentioned in the contract are not necessarily carried out

Conclusion: Stay one more day if you can, but if you cannot stay any longer, do not force yourself. After all, what you receive here is mental compensation, not a salary.

Pros

At first, I also thought the company environment was good, but the longer I stayed, the more problems I found.

Cons

1. Cameras have been installed in the office area—if you don't believe me, look up and check (now that this has been exposed, will they take them down? Haha). Senior management monitors and listens in on your every word and action whenever they feel like it, which is a serious invasion of privacy.

2. No overtime pay—if you're kept behind for a meeting until seven or eight in the evening, you can't apply for overtime because you were merely listening to the boss vent emotionally and produced no tangible output ☺️

Even if you work overtime for work-related reasons, you will only receive compensatory leave. If you go hungry while listening to the boss vent, that's your problem; he won't care about you.

3. Employees are treated as disposable as chopsticks. Apart from senior management, the longest-serving employee in the company has only been there for three years. No designer has lasted more than half a year; some see that things are not right and leave after only a few days. If you want to challenge yourself to see whether you can stay for more than six months, you're welcome to join the competition.

4. Actually, though, the company benefits are pretty good. A few regulars often smoke on the first floor for 20–30 minutes, three or four times a day, making working life quite leisurely.

Pros

If you want to work hard for more than 10 hours every day and earn money from your labor, there is a good chance of making money if you put in the effort, get up early, and start working hard for the company. Some people earn 60,000–100,000. The job involves delivering cylinders, developing business, developing business, and more developing business—these are the most basic requirements. However, cylinder-delivery pay accounts for 90% of the earnings, while the profit from business development is generally within 10%. The additional money from using the company’s logistics name externally to handle pipeline repairs and similar work is where the most earnings come from.

Cons

Those who cannot work more than 10–14 hours every day should think carefully. Overtime pay does not include the half-hour meal break (if you are able to receive overtime pay at all). The calculation starts from the time cylinder deliveries are completed; what time you can leave depends on your own ability. Business development may not generate money immediately—it may start producing results in the same month or several months later—but you still cannot fall behind on your daily business-development KPI. Also, on-time cylinder delivery is a basic requirement, and late deliveries may result in deductions. Of course, occasional gatherings, lectures, and online meetings are all held after work. Finally, when you resign, vehicle damage for the last month will basically be charged to you, probably around 10,000–20,000, depending on how long you drove.

Pros

The colleagues are all easy to get along with.

We share both the good times and the hardships.

Cons

You work more than ten hours every day, and your supervisor will even call to scold you for leaving work on time. Regardless of whether the boss is involved with organized crime, the boss will do everything possible to deduct money from your wages—even charging the logistics staff for wear and tear on the delivery trucks. The supervisor will brainwash you by saying that this company has a bright future and will soon go public. But considering the employee turnover rate and the supervisor’s perfunctory attitude, how is this company supposed to go public?

Pros

1. The boss is very driven and willing to give people opportunities. He comes into the office every day to hold meetings and follow up on progress. If there is a problem that cannot be handled, tell him and he will find a way to help.

So this has nothing to do with whether the company is involved in the underworld, as mentioned above. This is simply a company; many companies have connections with both legitimate and illegitimate circles—it just depends on whether you come into contact with them. That is how the business world works.

2. The colleagues are very nice, especially the engineering team, which is highly proactive. They follow up on progress and help improve things every day, so collaboration is very enjoyable.

3. Regarding the earlier point that you can only endure things silently and do whatever the boss says, it may be worth considering whether the suggestions you made lacked constructiveness; whether you did not speak up at all but expected your supervisor or boss to consult you or understand what you meant; or whether your communication and expression simply did not make things clear to others.

However, if you have tried all of these approaches and still have not achieved what you expected, then it may indeed not be a good fit. Finding a place where you can make the most of your abilities is also important for personal growth.

4. This is a company that moves forward at high speed every day. Naturally, capable people advance quickly. It is very suitable for people who want to grow and have ideas to come here and strive.

5. What I have seen is that the boss pays special attention to and helps people who take their work seriously.

Cons

1. Since the colleagues are relatively young, there are occasionally more demanding aspects, because most of them are newcomers or do not yet have enough experience. In those situations, you have to rely on your supervisor for assistance.

Pros

The most efficient thing about the company is its resignation process.

Cons

There are frequent meetings and a strong vision for development. Frequent discussions focus on things that cannot be achieved. You need to suppress your emotions. Those who need to make a living have to endure it.

Pros

The brand and products/services developed and operated by the company are highly competitive. As a startup, it offers significant room for growth. If you are willing to strive, the boss is willing to give you opportunities, which is highly commendable! The company is experiencing explosive growth and expansion, so the future looks very promising for employees currently working here. Many of the issues people heard about from the company’s early startup period, such as problematic employees and a lack of systems, no longer exist. Personally, I feel that the work atmosphere is good, with teamwork; it can be busy at times, but it is worthwhile. The company is also becoming increasingly systematized and task-oriented.

Cons

The company is in a period of rapid growth, so work can sometimes be fairly intense, but it does not reach the point of requiring overtime, so I think it is still manageable. You often need to think creatively and use your initiative to solve problems. If you only want to be a small cog in a large company, you may find it quite difficult here.

Pros

There are no advantages; everything is a disadvantage.

Cons

The boss is a gangster.

You can only do what he says.

You are not allowed to offer suggestions that differ from his, because he will get angry and then look for an opportunity to get rid of you.

After maliciously dismissing you, he will also threaten your personal safety.

Because HR is handled by the boss’s mistress, who does not understand anything about human resources,

she only comes in every day to have afternoon tea and check attendance.

Therefore, dismissals that do not comply with the Labor Standards Act are commonplace.

Lastly, a reminder: the boss is a gangster—a gangster.

Please be careful with this company.

Pros

Absolutely nothing good

Cons

The company is run by four major figures.

The HR manager may not understand the Labor Standards Act, yet still calculates your salary and other matters.

Labor pension and labor insurance are sometimes not enrolled at all or not fully enrolled.

The HR manager sometimes comes and goes as they please; in any case, they can definitely choose not to show up in the morning.

Whenever they receive an assignment, they always say, “The boss said……”

Then you have to do that thing…………

When you ask for details, they always say they need to ask the boss.

They are truly experts at playing pass-the-buck.

When the boss assigns and hands down a task, they do not clarify it.

They tell the person who is supposed to do it to ask the boss,

then use that person as cannon fodder.

Whenever someone is absent,

they are always curious enough to ask about it.

It turns out that everyone who was absent was fired by the boss.

The first person fired was a customer service employee who had a bad temper with customers.

The second person was dismissed for allegedly slacking off since after the New Year and failing to find even one item of clothing.

Both cases clearly violated the Labor Standards Act,

because there was no company announcement or counseling.

The customer service supervisor also treats people they dislike coldly,

waiting for them to make a mistake so they can be fired.

The company’s harmony is all just an illusion.

Pros

Work starts at 10 a.m.; the boss doesn’t come into the office until the afternoon and leaves around 5 p.m....

Every day, you get to work alongside an influencer with 300,000 followers... (But... later I heard she was the boss’s mistress.)

Cons

Apparently, the boss is an active high-ranking member of the X Sea gang?! It’s a little scary.

There’s not much structure—everything is decided by the boss, who is also quite emotional and likes to yell at people.

Every day, the boss’s young mistress also comes in to “keep an eye on things” and monitor the employees’ work.

Honest, directly stating “the company does not have year-end bonuses” and “the probationary period is six months.”

Pros

The engineering colleagues are very nice

Cons

The boss is involved with organized crime and truly does not trust employees or follow any rules. You can't see any kind of business management in him.

Also, every afternoon, a woman comes into the company to keep an eye on things; she is suspected to be the boss's mistress.

The managers either are completely at odds with each other or have no sense of responsibility. From time to time, there are also favored employees who get to have their way—those who make the most noise get the biggest rewards.

Is every day at work an exciting experience?

Cons

Actually, in all fairness, given the boss’s qualifications, experience, and connections, if he really manages to make it, the company’s future will be limitless.

But the boss only trusts his own people and does not really trust the team or the outsourcing vendors. Although this is also caused by historical factors, under this vicious cycle, even if he really manages to make it, the company’s future will be bleak…
