Absolutely nothing good
The company is run by four major figures.
The HR manager may not understand the Labor Standards Act, yet still calculates your salary and other matters.
Labor pension and labor insurance are sometimes not enrolled at all or not fully enrolled.
The HR manager sometimes comes and goes as they please; in any case, they can definitely choose not to show up in the morning.
Whenever they receive an assignment, they always say, “The boss said……”
Then you have to do that thing…………
When you ask for details, they always say they need to ask the boss.
They are truly experts at playing pass-the-buck.
When the boss assigns and hands down a task, they do not clarify it.
They tell the person who is supposed to do it to ask the boss,
then use that person as cannon fodder.
Whenever someone is absent,
they are always curious enough to ask about it.
It turns out that everyone who was absent was fired by the boss.
The first person fired was a customer service employee who had a bad temper with customers.
The second person was dismissed for allegedly slacking off since after the New Year and failing to find even one item of clothing.
Both cases clearly violated the Labor Standards Act,
because there was no company announcement or counseling.
The customer service supervisor also treats people they dislike coldly,
waiting for them to make a mistake so they can be fired.
The company’s harmony is all just an illusion.
