1. The boss is very driven and willing to give people opportunities. He comes into the office every day to hold meetings and follow up on progress. If there is a problem that cannot be handled, tell him and he will find a way to help.
So this has nothing to do with whether the company is involved in the underworld, as mentioned above. This is simply a company; many companies have connections with both legitimate and illegitimate circles—it just depends on whether you come into contact with them. That is how the business world works.
2. The colleagues are very nice, especially the engineering team, which is highly proactive. They follow up on progress and help improve things every day, so collaboration is very enjoyable.
3. Regarding the earlier point that you can only endure things silently and do whatever the boss says, it may be worth considering whether the suggestions you made lacked constructiveness; whether you did not speak up at all but expected your supervisor or boss to consult you or understand what you meant; or whether your communication and expression simply did not make things clear to others.
However, if you have tried all of these approaches and still have not achieved what you expected, then it may indeed not be a good fit. Finding a place where you can make the most of your abilities is also important for personal growth.
4. This is a company that moves forward at high speed every day. Naturally, capable people advance quickly. It is very suitable for people who want to grow and have ideas to come here and strive.
5. What I have seen is that the boss pays special attention to and helps people who take their work seriously.
1. Since the colleagues are relatively young, there are occasionally more demanding aspects, because most of them are newcomers or do not yet have enough experience. In those situations, you have to rely on your supervisor for assistance.
