If you want to work hard for more than 10 hours every day and earn money from your labor, there is a good chance of making money if you put in the effort, get up early, and start working hard for the company. Some people earn 60,000–100,000. The job involves delivering cylinders, developing business, developing business, and more developing business—these are the most basic requirements. However, cylinder-delivery pay accounts for 90% of the earnings, while the profit from business development is generally within 10%. The additional money from using the company’s logistics name externally to handle pipeline repairs and similar work is where the most earnings come from.
Those who cannot work more than 10–14 hours every day should think carefully. Overtime pay does not include the half-hour meal break (if you are able to receive overtime pay at all). The calculation starts from the time cylinder deliveries are completed; what time you can leave depends on your own ability. Business development may not generate money immediately—it may start producing results in the same month or several months later—but you still cannot fall behind on your daily business-development KPI. Also, on-time cylinder delivery is a basic requirement, and late deliveries may result in deductions. Of course, occasional gatherings, lectures, and online meetings are all held after work. Finally, when you resign, vehicle damage for the last month will basically be charged to you, probably around 10,000–20,000, depending on how long you drove.
